There was also an issue with the dishwasher installation. When my wife & I came to look at the progress of the house (as we did everyday) we noticed the dishwasher had 2 very large scratches on the control faceplate. We asked both the plumber & the electrician about it but they stated it was how it came out of the box. However, they failed to let us know about it & installed it anyway. We called hhgreg & they let us pick up another one with no hassle. But we are pretty certain it was either the plumber or electrician-& leaning towards the electrician since a similar issue with the tub. We would not recommend using Bailey Electrical for any work.
Description of Work: We built a 5400 sq. ft. home starting in May 1, 2011 & to this day (3/27/12) still have contractors coming to finish up. Our General Contractor had Bailey Electrical come in to do the wiring. I will explain why I rated the way I did: Price was "C" since that was the typical price for wiring. It was neither higher or lower than others-I did check around. Quality was "C" for the same reason; typical & equal to other companies. Responsiveness was "F" for this reason; My wife chose a very fancy bathtub for the Master Bath. It has never worked since day one (we are still trying to get it fixed). While the owner of Bailey's has been out several times in the beginning he has not answered our calls in several weeks. He has not admitted fault with the problem but on thing he did tell us that when he was installing it he noticed a damaged wire. He did not tell us about it in order to address it with the manufacturer which leads us to believe he was liable for the damage. Also, it was not hooked up correctly as he one of his employees showed me. So since he already got paid, he has decided not to answer our calls to resolve the issue. The manufacturer is sending someone out to look at it next week & if they can show us it was indeed the electicians fault I intend to file complaints with whichever boards I can. Punctuality was "C" since he did show up at the beginning on time. Professionalism was "F" for the reasons I stated in the other "F" rating.

Had to call them back out to fix one of the breakers - it was connected wrong, but they were responsive and apolgetic. It happens - we understand. Haven't had any issue since - great work!
Description of Work: Installed 1 GFI and added additional breakers for washer / dryer so they would not trip.

It was really good. They were the only ones who prepared an estimate with a breakout of everything and what it would cost. They were no frills. The estimate was right on. They were polite and professional. They cleaned up afterward.
Description of Work: They did electrical work at our house. They separated two breakers for washer and dryer and added some additional outlets in our house.
