They typically showed up for 2 or 3 hours a day, I never really knew when they would show up. There was one guy who seemed to be more in charge and he put in a couple more normal days, but there was a helper who seemed to be just running the clock. When they finally got it done, I had to call them back twice to make improvements to their work. The way they worked caused extra stress because this work was being done for the sale of the property to go through, and this was something I had let the office manager and workers know up front.
Description of Work: Had to have organic growth cleaned off of joists in crawl-space prior to closing on the sale of the property. This involved removing the old insulation, cleaning the joists, removing the old vapor barrier and then replacing the insulation and vapor barrier.

They are very prompt. They completed everything they said they were going to in a timely manner. They worked with our insurance company and agent and finished the job. I would give them A's.
Description of Work: Servpro of York County did residential water damage restoration and mold remediation. We had a hot water pipe burst while we were on vacation.

They were excellent as far as what they showed us. We live a far away from them but we do go far away for good service. The insurance company sent them out. They told us exactly what we needed to know.
Description of Work: Servpro of Rock Hill & York County came out but we didn't use them. Industrial hygienists come out and look under your house for mold.
