Very well. Beautiful and neat work, cleaned up every time, communicated every problem that came up, was easy to reach by phone for questions, fair pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Jon Shafer and crew were attentive to details and did fabulous tile work on shower and bathroom floor. Custom closet with pull out shelves added to storage in a beautiful way. This group is easy to work with and produces great results.

Jonathan never showed up. Missed two additional scheduled appointments and responded only after I sent him a text each time. Last response from him was that if we used his company, the work could not be scheduled until (December-January). This is September. What's wrong with this picture that not even an estimate could be provided? Will not pursue future business with this company.

I'm so glad I found this business when I decided to remodel my bathrooms. Jonathan was very pleasant to work with and the results were great. He made sure I was happy with everything and explained the process thoroughly. We had 3 bathrooms remodeled and they all look great. I'm very happy about how they turned out. I can not sing the praises of Schafer Renovation & Design Co. enough. Despite his busy schedule, Mr. Schafer worked with us to find a time that fit both our schedule and theirs. He arrived exactly when promised and actually completed our room in slightly less time than predicted. The work is top notch and my son is loving having his own bedroom. Anyone who says remodeling is a hassle must not have worked with Schafer Renovation & Design Co. because they made it easy.

Mr Schafer did a wonderful job removing the old shower system and tiling it. He also installed new floors and a vanity. He was extremely professional and his price was more than fair. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I would only hire Jonathon if you are looking for some who is a pleasure to work with; communicates well; has very fair and competitive pricing (he actually asks you to get other bids); is dependable; has the patience of Jobe when you ask a thousand questions, and the finished product exceeds your expectations.

Our bathroom remodel looks wonderful! Our bathroom downstairs was completely outdated and needed a new bathtub installed, new tiling and painting as well. After the work was done, our bathroom looks great and we are 100% satisfied with the work. The entire job was completed very quickly and Jonathan Schafer was very professional and respectful throughout the entire process. The price was very affordable and we love how our bathroom turned out!

Job was started, but the contractor kept delaying to finish the job. I had to get someone else to finish the job.

Jonathon's work was superb. He communicated clearly, consistently and concisely. Our sunroom was rotting, so I reached out for a quote through Angie's list. He contacted me the same day that asked for a quote. His quote was the lowest out of all bids. When the work started he tore out our sunroom and built the new room. This included framing, windows, siding, drywall, painting, and trim. He was very friendly and talked to me as if I were family. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to remodel.

Working with Schafer Renovations was amazing. It was a tough situation as it started with a flooded house and we were displaced for quite some time. We have known the owner for quite a number of years. It was only natural to call them when we needed half of our house fixed. Their work was truly top notch, not a detail missed and we were able to move back home in decent time. We hired them to help install floors, add new lighting hookups and fixtures in several rooms, paint, tile, install the bathroom vanity, toilets and laundry cabinets. They got the job done in a timely manner, were extremely professional, honest, did exactly what we wanted. The next time we do work on the house, we will go to Schafer Renovation.

Jonathan is very meticulous and takes pride in the outcome of his work, We were very pleased with his work performance and the results. We have more work we intend to have him look at at a later date.

One of our rental properties was very out of date and had been serious mistreated by the previous tenants. We wanted to see and didn't know where to begin.
