I couldn't ask for better service. Megan in the office is terrific and you can't beat their service technician Eddie for experience and congeniality. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and in fact I am planning on a blower replacement.

After waiting over a week to have the vendor provide service, they sent a technician that did not understand the issue, and was only concerned about his service fee. After waiting two days to hear when they would return, I called and they asked if I wanted to order the parts and it would be 7 days. Needless to say, I attained the services needed elsewhere.

Very well. They did a great job, were very professional and the price was very reasonable.

The initial managers who come out are super-professional. Unfortunately, they hire works with little or no experience. THe main maintenance guy we had last summer was fantastic -- and then he quit. THe replacements were nice but knew less than I. Only 1 repair guy that I ever met and he was condescending and we had to wait many many days for him to come out -- unless we were willing to pay more. THey just should've hired more repair people or uptrained the service people. Everything is a separate charge, buying directly from them is expensive, and they charge an extra $125 if you want a repair but don't buy the part from them. Took them more than a month of trying to open my pool for the season until I gave up on them and went to the pool guy on Central. Did a terrible job "closing" the pool for the season -- cover loose, not attached, etc.

We have really enjoyed working with Precision Pool Care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pool company with great customer service.

I called and signed up with Precision Pool Care to take care of my pool maintenance after just not being happy with our previous provider. All I can say is that they have been top notch all the way. So professional, friendly, responsive and timely. They really know their business. We sold our home but would definitely hire them again if we buy another home with a pool. Can't say one thing negative about them!!! One word: Fabulous!

We have been extremely pleased! The providers come in weekly, clean & care for the pool & leave a notice of their service description. We do not need to even be home. The new custom pool cover took only a couple of weeks. An invoice is sent by email and services are paid monthly with the card on file. We love this arrangement! We will continue to use Percision Pool Care for all our pool needs! Because of Percision, we are truly able to enjoy our pool without the stress of personally caring for it! They are a "super provider"!

They serviced our pool for two years but this month our pool was unusable for a full month (July) they were not very responsive, they did not acknowledge the full extent of the problem and the problem even till now has not been addressed. We have had a green murky pool for the last month. Finally we were so frustrated we decided to cancel the service.

We had a pretty bad experience with them. In fact, we just cancelled the service with them. We had a lot of issues with mechanical, pump, and the salt water. In a nutshell, they completely misdiagnosed everything. So, the result of that, I was paying over double sometimes triple what should have been for the bi-weekly cleanings because my pool is a salt water pool and salt system and it is pretty maintenance free, but they misdiagnosed the issues with the problems and were adding chemicals left and right. They misdiagnosed the mechanical repairs. They put another pump motor in and charged me probably one-and-a-half to two times the price of what should have been. It was just poor service and their communication is terrible. I call about getting service and typically, it would be over a week before I even get a call back. They just really did not do anything correctly. They were just not good at what they did. They were polite. They are also not as qualified as they should be, I found out in the long run.

First of all I schedule my appointment with Meagan(Not sure about spelling) who is very courteous and helpful. My appointment date was also sooner than expected. I was notified of the cost of the appointment and what all the appointment would and would not include by way of service and extra parts. I did however purchase the motor on my own as the difference was as such: I was quoted 754.00 for cleaner pump and labor, approximately 554.00 for motor alone. I purchased the motor myself for 224.00 and that was a little disconcerting in that I felt I was being gouged, but went with the installation anyway. Eddie the technician arrived on time and went straight to work and had the cleaner pump changed out in no time it seemed. When we started the pump to check the installation Eddie said immediately that the pump did not sound right so we shut it down and I contacted the manufacturer who immediately honored the warranty and guaranteed a new pump and with labor. In the meantime instead of Eddie leaving me hanging with the pump manufacturer on the phone, He (Eddie) returned to double check his work with tools in hand and actually spoke to the manufacturer's technician to convey the problems with the new pump. Two weeks later Meagan called with a new appointment. Eddie arrived yesterday with new pump and completed the installation in what seemed to be no time and as always double checking his work. I could not have asked for better service by Meagan and Eddie and would recommend them in the future.

The service and administration were problematic. While they state they will mail invoices, if requested, they do not. Some repair work was requested and scheduled, but was not provided as scheduled due to their office delaying . They seem to require an additional authorization even when all terms have been agreed to. Maintenance was a problem due to no communication with them about the nature of the problem, the cause, or options as to repairs. Usually telephone calls to the office were not returned

They did an excellent job of cleaning our pool, every week, and then every bi-week during the winter months, perfectly clean, but we haven't come out the price on some systems that we had. They said it going to cost me $1800 to replace and to put a brand new system in, but the things that they came out replacing was only $1200 so I fired them, and I would not recommend them. As far as cleaning pools they were great, and I hate it because we had some issues with the pool, and they overpriced us, but that's one of the reasons why I would not recommend them to someone. They are extremely overpriced.

They were good. They had reasonable price. They came and got the work done.

The initial visit occurred on 4/15/2015. The technician arrived promptly at the designated time, assessed the situation, and told me that I would get a written estimate via email within 24 hours. This, however, did not happen. On Friday, 4/17 I called Precision Pool concerning the lack of the estimate and was told that they had a technician out and were behind. Late that afternoon I got a call from the office manager with an estimate, which I accepted. I offered to give her my credit card right then over the phone but was told I would get an email estimate on Monday and would have to agree in writing to the estimate. (Please remember all this time the slide is leaking). On Monday the estimate did not arrive. I called on Tuesday 4/21 and was told the estimate was sent on Monday at 4:43 pm. However, the estimate went to my spam mail, and I had no idea it was there since all other email had come through to my regular address. I promptly responded and gave my credit card information so that the part could be ordered. I got a call on Thursday 4/23 that the par was in and a service call was scheduled for Monday 4/27. The service technician arrived promptly and within a short period of time the repair was completed. He was extremely nice and mentioned that my chlorinator was leaking. He lubed it for me and the leak stopped. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. I am very satisfied with the repair; however, note that the time elapsed from the original visit and the repair was 11 days. All this time the slide part was leaking and the only way to stop the water feed was to turn off the pool pump, which obviously could not be turned off for 11 straight days.

Our pool is little over a year old. It was installed and then maintained initially by another company and I was very unhappy with them. IWhen I called on Precision Pool Care, they were prompt, precise and professional. Rob was very patient with my numerous questions and explained everything clearly. The pool is still under warranty and he noticed a few serious problems with our equipment that our installer should fix. I have called on them and they are going to repair in the next few weeks. I would highly recommend Precision Pool Care.
