Brandon did such a great job on our pool. Our pool had a ton of algae and I made some pool care mistakes that he helped me figure out. He was super helpful and turned our pool from a scary murky greenish hue to crystal clear just in time for my 14 year old's pool party! We could not be happier! Thank you Precision Pool. We will always use you for any pool service.

When we first moved into our home, 7 yrs ago, we needed a pool maintenance company. We began using a local company but, with several issues, they could get our pool under control. Shortly after, we switch to Precision Pool for maintenance and repair. We have had several issues in the past 6-7 years but we can always count on Precision Pool to address them promptly and solve the problems quickly. All issues were due to unforeseen problems that could not have been avoided and not the fault of Precision Pool. Their maintenance crew is always on schedule and their tech crew is very knowledgeable. Also, the girls in the office are very pleasant and extremely helpful. If they are busy and cannot answer the phone, we always get a call back in a short period of time. We have been very happy with the service we receive from Precision Pool and would highly recommend them.

Great. I had gone through 3 different swimming pool companies and all I got was green green green for my in ground pool. Precision Pool came in and within a week and a half the water was clear and has been all summer. Their appointments are as scheduled and their AP dept is professional and very nice. I reccomend strong heartedly this company to anyone that is unhappy with their current service .

Kevin & his crew were absolutely fantastic!!! They came in and did what was necessary to get the pool ready for the season and then maintained every week. They also installed a water heater for the Hot Tub. Kevin worked after hours and made several extra trips to do what was needed. These folks went above and beyond to provide great service - truly exceeded expectations!!

Precision Pools came to our rescue after a prior servicing company left us with a non-functioning pool during the hottest month of the summer. They responded immediately with competency and professionalism. We especially appreciate their follow through and communication.

Precision has helped us with every aspect of pool care- from completely overhauling our pool and scrubbing it down when we had a mechanical failure (which is why we first hired them), to getting our pool back into sparkling ship shape, to informing us about and fixing any problem or potential problem. Not only is every person who comes weekly very thorough, but dealing with Melissa on the phone is always a pleasure. She makes sure to follow up with me even when I forget something, and she is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure things all questions are answered and things are running smoothly. Precision also sends emails to help you take care of your pool, and warning about how to best protect it, like when the two recent hurricanes were approaching. They really care and it shows.

Everything went well. The office staff is excellent to work with and follow up as stated. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing pool care.

The folks at Precision Pool Care are fantastic. From the people who answer the phones in the most pleasant manner, to the folks in the field. For the past couple of years, we used them twice a year -- once to to open the pool in the spring and then to close it in the fall and we would do the routine maintenance ourselves. This year, though, found some wiggle room in our budget and decided to hire them on a weekly basis --- let me tell you, it was the best decision and money well spent. Our pool is beneath a canopy of trees, so it is routinely very high maintenance. If we could afford for them to come out on a daily basis, we would! We do okay between visits but man oh man --- it is simply sparkling when they leave! Just a fantastic group of folks I highly recommend. If anyone is in need of a pool service with qualified technicians, I encourage you to give this company a chance.

The service folks are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The operations department responses to email very promptly and answers all of my questions. They managed to squeeze in a pool inspection related to the purchase of my home around Memorial Day (which is a very busy time). Their weekly service so far has been on point and they show up when they say they do. They even do equipment repair. Really a great one stop shop for this first time pool owner.

From the initial phone call requesting service to a quick time slot on the schedule to the excellent troubleshooting and pool maintenance service Precision excelled with each and every challenge they encountered. I'm more than pleased with the level of service and 'customer centric' focus Precision Pool Care provides. Highly recommended.

My pool had not been running for 9 days when I called Precision Pool.( My regular pool guy couldn't come for 3 more weeks!) I called and Michelle answered and was so helpful and got me scheduled for 4 days later. She later called as someone cancelled and she knew I was so upset as my pool was fast becoming a pond. They came that very day and repaired my pool and had it running in no time! They were fabulous! I live in Charlotte and there was no problem with them coming from Fort Mill! I am sure this goes without say but...Precision Pool is my NEW pool care/repair people! Thanks so very much for coming to my rescue!! Bobbette

They did everything even in the pouring rain. I can’t believe they got out my skimmer basket that was impossible to get up. Loved their service and professionalism! I am not on their biannual schedule.

They are true professionals. Not only do they do a wonderful job, but they are courteous, and knowledgeable. They even rearranged their schedule to get us in before my daughters birthday party. We will continue to use them for our pool services.
