Precision Contracting, LLC

Just letting others know what happened to us so maybe we can spare someone. We are new to the area, and we have been getting bids from contractors to extend our deck, cover it, and screen it all in. We made a decision to use Precision Contracting represented by Chris Williams. We signed a contract with him. We were in contact with him for 2 months waiting for him to start our job. He told us he pulled a permit, and we waited to hear. He told us the county wanted more info. So we waited while he got that together. He said he resubmitted the paperwork and we waited. Then he said it was approved and he would start on Monday. That was a month ago. We have not heard back from Precision Contracting or Chris Williams since then. When I called the county I found out he never even pulled a permit. I really don’t understand why all the fabricated stories and lies when he had no money. I’m ticked and disappointed in what we have encountered here with a few contractors but Precision Contracting takes the cake. If he didn’t want the job, he should have just said so instead of leading us on and wasting our time for months. That was our experience with Precision Contracting and Chris Williams. I hope all of you have better experiences with contractors.
