Sorry, we had a bad experience with them. We were novices, trying to get a pool started that we had little clue about. The rain (April-May) kept delaying things, but when they ultimately came out to uncover the pool, they did more harm than good, dumping all the crud from the cover into the pool. We could've done better ourselves, esp. since we were siphoning off the water on a daily basis. They came in and - oops! - the liner slipped out of their hands and all that stuff went into the clear blue water below. Took a bunch of chemicals to clean it up, and they didn't deal with the cover at all. So we paid for essentially nothing, then got billed twice.

Tough to contact. After a number of conversations he finally made it out to check my hot tub. Josh and his partner determine the problem and said they would get back to me after they found the part. After emailing him and then calling and leaving a message. I have had no response. I have now hired someone else.

PoolDrs dug up and fixed my leak with minimal delay and no problem. But I felt really skinned by the concrete sub they used. $500. for a 24 inch square! Ouch! I get the problem with small jobs, but the patch is not very smooth, and the area was not cleaned up with the vigor I'd expect for that price. I also asked Josh to have the concrete guy call me from the job; I wanted to ask his opinion about sealing some cracks: No call.

These men were absolutely fantastic. They knew what to do, how to do it efficiently and neatly.

I used them to replace my pool pump, they actually can do much more, such as regular pool maintenance, inground pool liner replacement, pool filter maintenance such as sand and unit replacement.

They came out at the last minute to help me when my vacuum broke on a SATURDAY when no one else would. They charged a very fair price. When I has an unexpected issue with my motor they were on the phone to assist again without charge. Friendly, honest guys. Will be using them from now on based on their customer service alone.

Fast response and diagnosis of a leak from the heater unit collar of my spa that was not too expensive. Worked fast and repaired fast. Would call him first if any future problems occur.
