Hired to perform bi-weekly cleaning/maintenance. Owner was nice, price was reasonable. They admittedly sent "one of our college kids" to perform my service which is fine IF THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I questioned a service visit early on but gave them the benefit of the doubt and conceded to pay the invoice because of details provided for the visit by the owner (via email). No consistent/set time or date for service visits throughout the service period and no consistency in service notes (a written note stating chemical levels and services performed). I finally decided to cancel service because of the ongoing unsatisfactory state of the pool. When I questioned the final invoiced service dates and supplies (the only maintenance note we received during the invoiced period stated "used owner's supply"), and requested proof of service, the owner's response was "we are using this as a training opportunity". When I didn't pay the bill the next communication referenced collections and a lien on my property. Cheap doesn't count if you don't actually get what you pay for -

Communication was excellent, work was done professionally and quickly. Price was reasonable.

We hired Pooldrs to repair leaks in a used spa/hot tub. We started out slow and had no communication after our first tech visit. But we did learn that two of their techs had medical emergencies. Josh did come out and he was outstanding at tracing down and repairing the leaks. We ended up needing a new pump which Josh located and installed for us. Like I said this was a used spa and Josh made several trips when new leaks emerged. Spa is working great now. I would highly recommend this company.

After a bit of a shaky start with communication issues, the guys came through and fixed our problem promptly and were very courteous.

The owner is extremely helpful, knowledgeable , responsive. there for me 24/7 and was patient..explained everything to me as to why he was doing what he was doing as he was doing it.

On time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Robert ordered a new pump and replaced it ASAP. I would highly recommend Pool Drs. and their repairman Robert Clarke for all Hot Tub/Spa repairs.

Did a great job, on time and very efficient!

I called them early on a Saturday Morning and responded by phone by 9:30. Sent pictures of the issue and we discussed by phone; technician came out Monday for an evaluation. On Tuesday they returned and fixed the problem. Did a Great Job and very responsive.

Originally had a scheduling mixup on the company’s behalf but they apologized, rescheduled, and ended up dropping the service charge for the visit. This demonstrates a lot of integrity and responsibility which is lacking for many service companies. Highly recommended!

They were really good. Showed up on time and were professional. I gave them 4.5 for value for money, only because their monthly service is a little expensive, but I guess that’s the nature of the business .

I hired him to the job, was done incorrectly and instead of connecting my water system he disconnected my lights, I had to hire a electrician to finish the work. He had unqualified person worked with him.

Very prompt service and very helpful to educate me on proper pool maintenance. Professional, friendly and courteous.

Josh from pooldrs was amazing to work with. I am a property manager of some commercial properties and I was in a major bind. Josh was able to have someone out to my location same day to evaluate the needs of our non working hottub. Pooldrs tech were courteous to my residents of the said location and were able to fix the problem. We needed a new pump, this was installed very next day. Every step of the way Josh kept me in the loop of what was going on. When they said they would be there they were there!! Quality of work was A+, customer service was A+ I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs.

I had a great experience start to finish. They were very prompt in calling for an initial appointment and followed through. I felt like their pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!
