They installed a new heat exchanger for me about two months ago. Shortly after the installation the heater stopped working. I called several times and texted Robert. He did not respond. Note that Robert was very responsive when he was bidding for the work. They do not stand by their work and I never heard back from them. Now PNG has advised me that the heater is leaking carbon monoxide. These guys have no fixed location and are fly by night.
