BOB FRANCISCO HAS ALWAYS METICULOUSLY COMPLETED ANY JOB, AT A VERY REASONABLE RATE, THAT I HAVE EVER HIRED HIM FOR. THE JOB REFERRED TO IN THE AMOUNT PAID SECTION WAS STAINING A 12 X 24 SCREEN PORCH AND DECK. HE HAS ALSO DONE OTHER SMALL PAINTING JOBS FOR ME IN THE PAST. ADDITIONALLY HE HAS REPLACED ATTIC FAN MOTORS AND REPLACED THE FAN IN A BATHROOM HEATER/VENT COMBO. HE HAS ALSO DONE A NUMBER OF OTHER SMALL JOBS FOR ME AND OUR HOA. I COULD BE HAPPIER WITH HIS SERVICE AND PRICE.
