+ -1 moreI had to clean up most of my yard. They messed up my attic. There is saw dust all in my things. He came back with a little brush and dust pan to clean up. I could not get him back over here after that. He would not answer my calls nor return them.
Description of Work: They were supposed to remove all old roofing materials and place in dump truck. Nail down any loose decking and replace any damaged plywood. Installed new ridge vents on all of my ridges. Installed new paper underlayment. Install architectural shingles.

+ -1 moreBob had already been at our house twice before for the same problem but had not fixed the problem, at a cost of $150.00 total. I thought I'd give him anther opportunity, as I had used him before about 5 years ago for a new roof on another house and that transaction went well. On the day of the appointment, I stayed home from work to meet him and get him started, and he did not show up and did not call. About 2 weeks later, I scheduled another appointment with him, with the same result. I called him, and he said it "slipped his mind" and he "couldn't make it today."
Description of Work: Gentleman was called to come evaluate and repair our roof which had at least 2 separate leaks.
