I remembered Lock Monkeys put a Lock on a door for me in my house and made some new keys for me a couple of years ago, back when I owned a home. I remembered the name and called them. The guy (same guy) was there within 10-15 minutes, it was cold outside and I was so thankful as I was able to take shelter in post net store, I knew I couldn't stay in there forever! . He was there and got me in my car in 90 seconds I paid and was on my way. Whole ordeal all the way to transaction from the time I got locked out to getting back in my car took only about 25 minutes. GREAT COMPANY. Thank you! Affordable too!

Great! I called to describe what seemed to be a frozen lock, and the owner indicated it likely couldn't be repaired but would need to be replaced. After I purchased the replacement, I called again to schedule his visit. That was on a Thursday morning and he offered to come that afternoon! Unfortunately I was unable to do it on Thursday or Friday, and then he said "How about Saturday at 10:30?", which completely surprised me! I agreed and he arrived a little early, did the work, charged a reasonable fee, and left everything clean. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend him.

Got me up and going very quickly. Normally charges $60 for such a call but because he came on the spur of the moment on the 4th of July, he charged more. It was worth it.

My original phone call was answered by someone helpful, courteous, and well spoken. I explained what I needed and we arranged a time. The owner arrived promptly, listened to what I needed, explained what needed to be done, quoted a very reasonable price and began immediately. He worked steadily and efficiently. You would not have known anyone had been there once he was done. Perfect work and no mess left. This company takes credit cards which I appreciate. No need to worry about checks. I would absolutely hire Lock Monkeys again.

I had a terrible experience with Speedy Locksmith. I called Lock Monkeys in desperation as I was going on vacation the next day. George was at my house approximately 2 hours later. He examined the prior work I had done and suggested that I re-key the deadbolt and after my vacation was over have the door knob re-keyed. He described the procedure, discussed the local locksmith scams, of which I was a victim. He gave me tips on keeping myself safe. When he came to my house after my vacation to re-key the knobs, he keyed them to the deadbolt, and replaced the knobs with a much higher quality lock. His service was or very high quality. It did not take long and I was VERY pleased with my new locks. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

We called George the day we got the keys to our new house so we could get the house rekeyed. Unlike the other places we called who said they couldn't come out for another day or two, George came that same day so we could sleep easy knowing we had fresh new keys. Then when our deadbolts gave out George came back and fixed all the deadbolts and installed our new keypad controlled front door lock. He is super prompt, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cares about you and your satisfaction. We would suggest Lock Monkeys to everyone who needs locksmith services.

I called late in the day and needed the repair done quickly since the door would not open from the inside. George answered the call and came right over to look at the problem. The problem was a simple fix and George quickly took care of it. He was courteous, professional and prepared.

Great - To my surprise, George came out on the same day I called him and very quickly repaired the existing lock, which had become extremely difficult to turn.

Mr. Rice was very courteous and professional. Once he got some details from me and we discussed some options, he got to work rekeying my locks. He was very understanding and helpful, and gave me peace of mind given the nature of the need for the services due to a domestic situation. He quickly and thoroughly performed the services. He went above and beyond checking my locks while he had them taken apart and made valuable suggestions to save me some money. I appreciate the suggestions he made. I felt very comfortable that the work had been done to the highest of standards by a very kind and understanding Mr. Rice. There is no question that I would highly recommend Mr. Rice and his company to all my friends and family.

George was already at my house when I arrived around 2:55 for a 3:00 appointment. He was friendly and professional, and had the job done in only about a half hour. In all, you couldn't ask for a better experience. I would gladly use Lock Monkeys again and encourage others to do so as well.

They did a great job and now I have a spare key for each car. They were very professional and prompt.

He picked an interior door lock for us. He then had a nice recommendation that we move that lock to another door in the house where the lock would serve a better purpose. He moved the lock, re-keyed it and provided 2 new keys. Very professionally done.
