Paul was very quick to respond and worked around my schedule. I am most pleased that Paul just didn't set up the test and leave - he took the time to answer my questions and "what if" scenarios. The output of Paul's test is excellent - I have all of the supporting data I need (hour by hour levels for nearly 96 hours.)

Paul responded to our first call immediately and was able to work us into his schedule the very same week. He was prompt, courteous and professional throughout the process.Upon arrival he explained his process, asked and answered our questions and concerns, and then went right to work. Our appointment was scheduled for late Friday afternoon and by Monday morning we had a very detailed, thorough and professional report prepared for us. Although we knew the home had some problems, Inspector Paul was able to find and point out many more serious problems that we could not find on our own. He saved us from purchasing a "money pit." When we do find the right house to buy, we will definitely call Inspector Paul again. We whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspector. *It is worth noting that not only does Inspector Paul have an impressive list of credentials, but he is Licensed, Insured AND Bonded. Until I remembered we were members of Angie's list, I had a hard time finding an inspector that was both bonded and insured. It is always in both parties best interest to hire a well-credentialed, licensed inspector (or professional in any trade) that is both bonded and insured.

Just the inspection alone took about 3 and a half hours to complete. It was obvious to me that he took great care in his work and he did an outstanding job.That job extended to an incredibly detailed report including color photos pinpointing problem areas that needed follow-up by me.There was also a report on the radon test. To say it was worth having him perform the inspection would be a very great understatement.Paul did a fantastic job that relieved me of any worries about the condition of the home I was about to buy.That alone should convince you to have him do your home inspection. But where Paul really shines is his dedication to his work and his high degree of honesty and integrity. It has been my pleasure to have had Inspector Paul on the job in the home I'm about to buy.

Overall I was greatly satisfied. Paul was professional and very knowledgable without having a big ego to go along with it. He answered any of my technical questions as it pertained to the way my builder did the things the way they did. He found a handful of items that he wrote into his report and I was able to go to my builder on them to get them fixed. Some people may have thought it would be a waste of money to hire an inspector for a new home construction but it put me at ease to know that my builder was constructing the home the way it should have been.

Needed a waranty inspection done and contacted Paul after reading the reviews. Spoke with him 8/2 and he asked that I send him an email and he could do the inspection on the following Monday or Tuesday. Monday and Tuesday passed and never heard from Paul. Called him on Wed 8/8 and he said he had had a crazy weekend and now a busy week and couldn't do it until Sunday but would have to miss church. I felt this was very unprofessional and now had me scrambling to find another inspector last minute.

A final inspectiion on the completion of our new house was requested for a specific afternoon. This request was met without any problem and fulfilled. A report was needed in a timely fashion and it was requested to send a copy directly to the contractor on the job. The contractor was someone who had worked with Paul on past occassions. The contractor needed the report to follow up with any problems found before my final inspection 2 days later. The report did not arrive until late the night before I needed it and a copy was never sent to the contractor as requested. The report was very thorough, but it was not indicated that it would take so long to send to me.

Honest, professional and very easy to work with.

He took more than an hour to do the inspection. (Can't remember exactly how long) His report was very thorough and pointed out items that we did not have the expertise to recognize as issues. His explanations of the problems were helpful. His pricing was right in the general ballpark.

He didn't charge us because he said we didn't have a mold problem. He was knowledgeable, thorough, honest and professional.

He was wonderful and we found him on Angie's List. He was on time and helped us out a lot with home inspection when we were buying our house. I believe his prices were reasonable; he may have been a little more expensive but he was worth the money. I will use him again in the future.

Inspector Paul came today based on the issues we had on the review and resolve all the matters. He verified that A/C is working fine.He also made sure that the fireplace is working and the wire outside not being fixed was also discovered in the inspection.He was through and the fact that he came few months after the initial home inspection and purchase to fix some of the problems we had shows he is professional and cares about the issues customers have with their homes.He also has a very good knowledge and understanding of everything.I would definitely recommend Paul for any future home inspections

Paul was excellent. He is friendly and punctual and chatty and extremely qualified. I felt he did an excellent job identifying issues with the house we wanted to buy and he recommended an excellent PE for us when a second opinion was required for some foundation issues. The reports he produces are very detailed with lots of photos of each issue so that there is no confusion when you present issues to the owner/seller. I would definitely recommend Paul's services and I would use him again myself.

Overall it was a smooth process as Paul explained how the process worked and then took the time to explain his findings. Paul also followed up a few days later to see if there were any additional questions.
