Description of Work: We needed some help to determine the cause of water infiltration in the first floor of our home. In the past, we'd had roofers look, but no one could find the trouble. | |Paul immediately determined a potential cause, inspected the area, and showed us the problem, while also finding a few other things that needed to be fixed. | |He also referred us to a contractor to do the work.The result: a dry house!!

Description of Work: Inspector Paul did both a pre-drywall inspection in June and final inspection in September. He found a few minor structural issues which was fixed by the builder once pointed out. I've used Inspector Paul on a prior home, and he's very thorough and always informative on any questions you have on the process or his report. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Inspector Paul performed the pre-drywall & the final inspection on our new home. The work was VERY thorough & accurate. He pointed out several issues that we would have not noticed - with enough detail to make it easy to 'convince' our builder to do the right thing. The price was about 60% higher than other estimates - but you get what you pay for - and we are convinced that the comprehensiveness of the report saved us much more than the premium paid. Highly recommend. We will use him for our 1 year inspection.
