CRAMER PEST CONTROL

Cramer was the only company that followed up when I was requesting a quote on pest control combined with termite bait stations. Even our then current pest control provider never got back to me.

Terrible,they did service and did not uncover severe mice problem.Paid for service and called asking for immeidate attention .Told me it would be a week before anyone could come out to tend to problem.

The bid was $800. He was very good.

Called and was transferred to sales manager. Was directed to a voice mail where I left a message. Several hours later still no return call. I called back and was told I would be contacted soon. Hours later I received a call and discussed prices and treatment options, I told him I wanted to set up services. He then said that someone else would have to contact me to set an appointment.... I've not heard from them since....... Who does business like this.....

Not a good experience with this company. Since moving to this house we have had constant problems with roaches and mice. Our previous pest control service kept us totally roach free, though we still had some seasonal mouse problems on occasion. Then that company went out of business and a friend recommended Cramer. We had them come out and give us an inspection and an estimate and everything sounded great, so we signed up for quarterly treatments. After the first treatment we kept seeing live, active roaches. After two weeks I called Cramer and was told that I needed to give it more time for the treatment to take effect. Through the quarter we kept seeing active roaches every once in awhile. When they came for the second quarter treatment I again told the tech about the problem. He said that he would treat outside more aggressively. Again, we never stopped seeing live, active roaches from time to time. Now we're looking for a new pest control company.

We use them for our quarterly pest control. They are always professional, ontime and our house has been well protected so far. They recently started offering a dryer vent cleaning service and we took advantage of that. They were very good and cleaned the vent very well for sure avoid major problem I as about to have because it had not been cleaned for years. I will recommend them for sure

We have had Cramer Pest Control out several times for service and they are always professional and thorough. Recommend them for general pest control as well as termite inspections (we have referred them to others for that) and they even have a bug-sniffing dog!! (bed bugs I think!)

They are the ones that I pick. I had a recommendation from a friend. They do drive out since they have other customers in other area too.

They are very good about showing up on time for their appointments and letting you know when they are coming. I think their price is very completive. I have been very pleased with them.

They have been friendly, punctual and professional. Follow up calls have been handled quickly. We are very pleased with this company and their staff.

Cramer was referred to me by another vendor for cleaning I use. They came out the day after I called. Evaluated the situation and told me the different options and what it would cost. He explained things very simply and answered all my questions. I ended up signing up for quarterly pest service as I was seeing other insects in the house. Within days I saw the ants trailing to the baits and very shortly after that gone all together. I haven't seen any insects in the house since.

Very professional, spent a great deal of time explaining their services and performing them. They are really great with the kids and our dog. Thanks Cramer Pest Control.
