DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My appraisal was ordered on May 2nd of 2016. My loan officer had to call him to make sure he (Darin Fiola) was scheduled to come after Darin had told us that he would contact me for the appointment. Since the appraisal was finished we have either been given excuses of why he couldn't have the appraisal to us or that he "thought" he sent it. As of this morning he will not answer his phone (this is quite normal) and his voicemail is full. Terrible service. Do your self a favor and hire someone who is much more professional. Darin also owns EF Builders and the reviews for his work on there are not above par either.

Called up Darin based on Angie's List reports. He answered right away and took fifteen minutes to listen to my question and offer advice and his thoughts regarding whether or not an appraisal would be beneficial for my needs. We had a builder accidentally remove some trees from behind our lot and I was trying to determine if an appraisal would show a difference in value that we could use for compensation. Darin explained the difference between home value and marketability, and how builders often attach a lot premium to wooded lots, but how it would be difficult to understand what that was from 12 years ago, and whether or not it even affected us as second owners of this home. Darin was friendly, professional and helpful. I'll definitely use him in the future if we need an appraisal or other related work!

Came in when scheduled. Did express concerns about finding comps for the appraisal. However, he send an invoice the next day with I paid via Pay Pal. However, after many many calls, never answered, and text not answered. After I texted I was disputing the charge on Paypal Darin responded that he had send the report the week before. I have asked him to resend and checked my email and junk mail. I was NEVER SENT.

I was very impressed because he was punctual and very professional. I'm very happy with them. They addressed everything that I need.

I contacted the owner Darin Fiola and he came to my home within 48 hours. He was personable, intelligent and professional. He spent a good amount of time getting the infomation, measuements and pictures need to start the process. We talked on the phone and used email during the time he was working on the report. It took a good deal of time for him to complete the report and when I called about it, he explained the delay was in finding suitble comparable properties. When I received the report and had some questions, he was reponsive and answered in detail. in closing,I did not anticipate or even expect such a high quality and detailed report.

I live in unique community where comps are difficult due to individual spot building. I found Cobblestone to be very thorough, helpful, and informative throughout the whole process.
