Description of Work: Called and left a message the first time. Never received a return phone call. Called and left a second message several days later. He returned my call, asked me to send him some information and he would get back with me. I sent him the requested information. He never made any additional contact. Would not recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreBrent showed up on time as promised. He quickly determined that the switch on the vacuum hose was faulty and only worked intermittently. He showed me how to continue to operate without the switch which allowed me to continue to use the vacuum system. He did not charge me for the service call but did agree to try to find a replacement switch for the hose so that it could be repaired. Brent was courteous and knowledgeable about my vacuum system.
Description of Work: My Nutone central vacuum system was not working. Unit would not turn on from inside the house.
