Very well. They missed a couple spots.

I can't even express to you how impressed I am with Cindy's Maids. I hired them on very short notice when a relative unexpectedly informed me they were coming to visit in two days. Cindy got me right on the schedule and kept in touch with me via text so I would know when her crew would be showing up. Two women arrived right on time and started cleaning my place. I mean, really cleaning my place. Baseboards, picture frames, blinds etc. I went downstairs to get something and found that they were wiping down the outside of all my kitchen cabinets. I've had a lot of cleaning services over the years. None of them have done half of this without being prompted, cajoled or begged. I didn't have to say anything, this is just the excellent service they provide. I'll definitely be using them again. I hope I can actually get on a bi-weekly schedule.

They notify me the day prior to coming for confirmation. They arrive as scheduled. They are pleasant. They do an awesome job of cleaning and are very efficient.

Cindy called promptly and offered a very reasonable price and a very good schedule which met our need. The girls showed up right on time and started working immediately. Everything went pretty well. There were a few missed spots they probably would not have missed if they were just a little bit more patient and slower (hence the B on one part of the ratings), but it is a large house and this would probably be expected. Overall I am still quite satisfied so the overall rating is definitely an A. It was a good and positive experience and I would hire them again in the future.

Provider acknowledged my inquiry but never responded after that

It did not go well. I can't see where they did the work and I assume they had tools for cleaning that wouldn't fit in the bathroom. It was $100 for 3 hours of cleaning. I didn't see any of the cleaners so I am not sure who did come out. It is an empty house so it should have been easy to clean but I cleaned after they were here and the sponge was so dirty I had to throw it away. I want my money back.

Great, they showed up when expected and went right to work. Everything was cleaned to our satisfaction and we were very pleased with the results.

The owner was very professional, the girls were 15 minutes early, I left with my dogs so that we would not be in their way, and I returned when they called me 20 minutes before they said they would be done.

The team came in and did an outstanding job.

Just wonderful! House has 4 dogs, visitors, it was a mess. Cindy's completely transformed to beautiful space again! So thankful they are in our area (Fort Mill).

Excellent - 4 cleaners came and knocked out both floors in a few hours.

Gods cleaning service-flexible when needed

my boss said that three ladies were there for 2-3 hours. She was pleased ...although they only completed the ground level. It is a big house! We did not have a long discussion but she did say that she liked them and said she was considering using them on a semi monthly basis. So that seems good to me!

Wonderful. Cindy and her crew are amazing. We have them come once a week and they do a wonderful job every single time.

My daughter was on medical leave for several months and needed temporary assistance in cleaning her home. Cindy's has been very helpful. They do a great job and have been flexible and cooperative. The prices are very reasonable. My daughter hopes to contract them on a regular basis in the future.

Went very well. Very accommodating to my schedule. Years of experience and very honest. Dusted blinds, baseboards, furniture, cleaned bathrooms and kitchen, mopped floors and vacuumed carpet. If something wasn't to my liking they made sure it was. I am very pleased and plan to continue to use them Would recommend.

I contacted Cindy's Maids based on the Angie's List reviews and and the deal that was being offered. Cindy contacted me later that evening. I explained that we had some out-of-town guests coming for a visit and my wife had been diagnosed with asthma and sleep apnea. This makes cleaning very tiring and leaves here short of breath and fatigued. I wanted to give her a break from the last minute cleaning. Tanya and Christie arrived on time today. We immediately felt as though we had known them for years and they were our friends. We walked through the house and soon they set to work. It was awesome to watch these two ladies work together as a team. They had a plan and they worked efficiently and thoroughly, cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Within 15 minutes the house already smelled fresher. These ladies were good! When they were finished, we did a walk through so that they knew we were satisfied. We could not have been happier! We assured them that we would give them excellent reviews when Cindy called to follow up, which she did later that evening. While I had planned to make this a once and done event, I committed to Cindy for monthly cleaning! They were that good and we were that satisfied that it just seemed like a no brainer to have the house cleaned on a regular basis.
