Description of Work: Called an spoke with Danny about removing some trees in yard. Provided address and information and day he would be by the house to provide a quote. Danny was recommended by the required certified arborist I had from the county at to review some trees. Danny or a representative never showed up or called to cancel visit. Left a VM a 2nd time and my call was never returned. I would not waste your time here as your business is not needed. I haven't got a clue why someone would recommend a business that does not value a customer in hand.

+ -1 moreGreat small business with experience and knowledge of how to do the job right. They showed up with a full crew and completed the work quickly.
Description of Work: They removed a lot of trees from my backyard. Some were close to the home or too large, so they had to climb them and cut them down piece by piece. He also had a sub-contractor come out and grind all of my stumps for a fair rate.

He arrived the next week as promised and personally provided oversight for the job. The crew was very experienced and professional. Great service. I'll use Chapman's Tree service in the future.

+ -1 moreMr Chapman arrived on site witha swarm of workers, each knowing exactly what he had to do. They worked solidly and professionally for about 6 hours, cutting and removing all the above ground parts of the plants. The stump grinder arrived a day later and carefully ground the stumps of the trees and of the shrubs next to the house. About a week later, Mr Chapman came with a helper to install the bolt in the maple. We paid him at that time. It was a pleasant experience overall, and we would hire him again in a flash.
Description of Work: Removed two very large Bradford Pears and 6 huge foundation hollies, along with stumps on all of them. Stabilized a bad joint in a maple tree.

+ -1 moreDanny removed a 12" +/- diameter cedar, fairly close to my house on a near 100 degree day. When he was done, except for the absence of the tree, you'd never know he had been here. He left the yard cleaner than he found it. Wonderful experience and excellent work at a great price. He was also very responsive to phone calls and questions. I highly recommend his tree service and plan to call him again in the future.
Description of Work: Removal of a 12"+/- diameter cedar tree.

Description of Work: I have used Danny a number of times for large tree maintenance in my yard - have always felt that the workmanship was excellent and prices were fair. During a recent spring storm I have six large tree's come down in the back yard. Additionally, I have two smaller pines that needed to be cut due to damage. Even with all the other work that was required in the area, Danny brought a small team and cut one of the pines which was broken and leaning toward the house. He then came back within a week and removed all of the tree's. His team is able to cut a large tree and drop it in a manner that will not impact other plants which may be growing right next to the tree being cut. Very nice if you have some expensive landscape you don't want damaged. I will always use him for my tree work. PS: I had enough trust in his fairness from previous experience that I did not even get an estimate and he was more than fair.

+ -1 moreDanny was helpful on the phone, then agreed to stop over the next day to look at the tree. He stopped by, gave us a quote and said he could send someone out the next day.
Description of Work: A 40 ft. tree fell down in our backyard. Danny came out and looked at the tree and gave us a quote for its removal - cutting it up then moving the debris into the woods behind the house. The county actually owns the land and they actually sent someone to remove the tree, so we did not need to hire the job out.
