They were great! The product fit perfectly and they provided a lot of good information about how and where it fits best. They also suggested a separate height enclosure that made more sense than what we were were originally going to go with. The enclosure has held up fine since they did the work. Their pricing was better than the competition and they were definitely knowledgeable. I even used them again for a closet!

SGO is a great company! Jim and Carter came out in the snow to install our shower door, Thank You.... We were very please with our estimate. We would use them again without any hesitation . The office staff was great as well.

I received the Home Magazine in the mail where three business' advertised with specials and free quotes. I called all three and Carolina SGO (Sheri) gave a competitive quote, was not pushy, and overall was patient to my questions. I had one company come to the house and confirm the quote they gave over the phone. Then SGO came right before the third company. The price was right on our budget. The quality and choices were easy. And lastly, the time frame of production was minimal! So, I canceled the third quote, feeling that I found the right person for the job! SGO quoted two weeks for production, but called to schedule installation prior to the deadline. Scheduling was two days later at a optimal time for us. The installers were professional, clean, friendly, and thorough! The job took the quoted amount of time and is absolutely beautiful. I will absolutely use them again for future projects!

They made helpful suggestions, custom cut the glass panel to accommodate the existing shower enclosure, removed the existing enclosure, cleaned the track and installed perfectly. Further, they cleaned up afterward to the point that no additional cleaning was needed. I'd highly recommend them.

I called CarolinaSGO and spoke with Sheri around the first of March and she sent her husband out to take measurements and give us a detailed quote. The quote was for a frameless glass enclosed shower for our newly tiled bathroom and was far cheaper than the rough estimates of others I had received in and around Charlotte. I signed the work order and gave a $600 deposit. Today it was installed. I am so happy with my experience with CarolinaSGO. It's a family-run operation, and they are extremely professional. Sheri kept me posted on the status of my glass enclosure every step of the way. Today, father and son came out to install it and boy did they do a great job. The bathroom looks fantastic. They did not waste anytime doing what they needed to get done. The whole install took less than two hours. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to replace their current shower with new frameless glass.

We were very pleased with their work in removing our old shower surround and replacing with the frameless glass walls which look great! They even pointed out a place on the shower where the grout had cracked that we needed to fix which we didnt even see. They were on time, detailed and when we redo our upstairs bath we will use them again.

I got a quotes from people visiting my house to roughly measure and decided to drop by Carolina SGO showroom to see actual samples of doors and get one final quote before making a decision. Their showroom is quite small, but it has the end product, so I could see exactly what it would look like. They looked at the dimensions I gave them and gave me a quote. It was the most competitive one I had by about $200. Carolina SGO are family run, and I spoke with 2 members in the showroom about options. They were very knowledgeable and gave good advice, some of which I had not picked up in discussions with others. I got such a good impression and with the competitive price, asked them to come and do the detailed measurements for production. They were able to come out the next day. I got a call 30 minutes before our appointment confirming they were on their way. To do the final "production" measurements I had to remove my shower enclosure. After they measured up & I paid a deposit it was 2 weeks for the glass to be manufactured. This seems standard practice. They came out at an agreed time and installed the glass. The installation is beautiful!!! The 3 glass panels all align perfectly and everything is level. We are delighted with the price, end product, service and friendliness of the company!

We remodeled our bathrooms throughout the house from the scratch and the last thing to do was to get the shower enclosure installed. Read few reviews and got few quotes and chose the Carolina SGO. The whole process was fast, straightforward, and people were very professional and punctual. You get the warm, family based operation, feeling every time you meet or talk to them. We would use and recommend these guys anytime!

Removed old shower door within an hour, cleaned up, a week and half latter had new frameless door installed. New door was installed with a couple hours, looks great as described. Price was reasonable, Father and son team were very friendly and professional. Only part that wasn't great was waiting for the new shower door enclosure to be made, but that was to be expected, since it was custom made to my space. Was nice to get what you expected, at the price you expected, in the time you expected.

I did alot of research in looking to replace our old shower enclosure with a new Frameless enclosure. I got several quotes and Carolina SGO was both the lowest and had the best lead time of any of the companys. They were several thousand dollars lower then both Lowes and Home Depot, but were also less then several of the other companies I found on Angies List. They have a lovely showroom in Fort Mill, which I visited and made decisions on hardware finishes as well seeing an example of what the finished product would look like. They are a family owned and run business, which was very important to me. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The doors came in quicker then they originally promised and asked if it was ok to install them early. I am extremely happy with the finished product. This company is the epitome of professionalism and excellent craftsmanship.

They were able to do the work for the allowed amount, were upfront with costs, very polite, punctual, and install was flawless. Would highly recommend Carolina SGO to anyone looking for a frameless glass shower system or other work.
