Zach Sturgeon " Blessed Painters" was hired to remove popcorn from ceilings, repair drywall, prime and paint ceilings and interior walls. The contract was to take 10 days, they were here over 30 days. There were many frequent delays from family illness to car trouble, days he needed to take off to " do some networking", " tie up loose ends", "meet with potential employees", "meet with his graphic artist", arrived at 9-10 daily, often left by 2-4 PM, took no care to protect our floors or belongings, broke 2 lights and a crystal vase. They claim to pay attention to detail yet they did not. Most every evening my home was left in shambles with paint all over my counters and stainless steal kitchen sink where they would wash out their brushes. Popcorn was left in most every room where the ceilings meet the walls, cut in the primer once on the ceilings and then did not use the actual ceiling paint to cut in just left the primer there and rolled as close as he could get to the corners leaving a 1 to 2 inch area around the perimeter of each room. Asked him to return to repair what we did not find acceptable and he provided us a time of 6 weeks out. We did pay him the final payment on the premise they would return in 2 weeks to put in crown molding. We cancelled the crown molding job and asked him to first complete the painting job. That's when he said he needed to take paying jobs and could maybe come back in mid July. Since we were no longer a paying job he had no time for us. He sent us an email and told us he couldn't stand us for writing a bad review of his company and said we needed prayer. Don't be fooled by the name " Blessed Painters", they anything but. We are now having to hire real painters to come in and repair their unsatisfactory work. I do have multiple photos of proof I will provide on request. I have left a review on his Facebook business page with photos but they remove them to make themselves appevar glowing.

Description of Work: They painted several interior doors & the surrounding trim. The wife was very neat and professional; the husband was not. He didn't want to return to do touch ups. He said that once the job was done and payment was made, the contract was closed. Instead of arguing the point, I decided to fix the flaws myself...

Blessed Painters came to our home to take measurements and to discussed colors and finishes with us. They took pictures and provided us, an estimate, later that day. They were able to fit us in within the following week. When the day came to get the painting done, we were impressed with how much care they used with removing our furniture and wall hangings. They filled unwanted nail holes, repaired cracks and nail pops and sanded the wall smooth prior to painting. They also caulked where needed and taped the baseboards before starting. We were in awe with how straight their paint lines were. After rolling out the paint, and seeing it dry. The sheen was perfect and no lines in the rolling. They cleaned up after themselves, vacuuming, dusting and replacing furniture. Needless to say we were very impressed with the work that was performed and just overall with this company. We will definitely have them back and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Zach and Tana at Blessed Painters did a fantastic job painting the upstairs area of our home.
