Called Artisan Electric in the morning and he asked that I text him a picture of the fuse that needed to be replaced. He said he'd check his schedule and get back to me. Around 2 pm he called and said he was on his way. I figured he would have at least a 30 minute drive from Ft. Mill but he was here in less than 10 minutes. He installed a new fuse and disconnected a mystery outlet that we never use and I honestly didn't even know it was there, but was causing our issue. He's been out here another time before we had our garage door installed. Good company to deal with and we'll call Artisan any time we need electrical stuff done!

We were disappointed when he never called nor showed up for the AM installation of outlets on 4/23/13. When phoned, he replied "will try for tomorrow." He arrived at 4 PM the following day & installed 3 outlets per our agreement. This busy electrician completed his task with professionalism and efficiency. We are pleased that he even assisted in moving our newly purchased freezer into position.

The work was done efficiently, the price was reasonable and Brian was great to work with. We are really happy to know of a good electrician now and are happy to refer his work to others.

Brian and his helper showed up as planned. They moved an electrical outlet to a knee space for a desk. They came in, did the work quickly, professionally and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them and use them again myself for future electrical projects.

Brian researched the solution to our detached garage lighting challenge, talked with the manufacturer of the remote frequency control device, and communicated many times with us as he progressed toward the solution. He accomplished the installation of the pole lamps with no mess at all, and his work is very neat. He is such a professional......

The price was much more that I had expected so I have not had the work done yet.

We continue to use Artisan Electric as our main-source electrician. I have also recommended him to my 80+ year old parents. Now that's sayin' something right there! I will continue to use them, recommend them to friends and family.

Brian installed power from our home to our new boat lift which involved several trips to the site, coordination with two other contractors (the dock builder and a trench digger). It was a big job because of the distance from the house to the lake and the sloping terrain. Brian was familiar with the code for Tega Cay and knew where to put a junction box to connect a higher grade electrical cable. He and his assistant spent a full day assembling pipe and laying wire. This project had numerous starts and stops due to weather and coordination with other contractors, but Brian did a good job of being available for the windows of opportunity we had to complete the job. He got power to our lift and provided an outlet on the post so that we had additional power at the water. It was great to see the lift operational. Brian did a good job under difficult circumstances, he came when he promised and was professional.

I asked them to come help solve electrical problem in the box. They solved this problem and as a bonus observed a problem with a water leak to my hot water heater. They went over and beyond the call of duty.

Brian and Mike did a great job, they were very thorough and went step by step until they found the problem. They answered all my questions and were very thorough. The price was great too. We have more electrical work to do and will definitely be calling them again.

Brian removed a ceiling fan and replaced with a chandelier in one room. We had already removed the fixture in the other, so it was a straight install. He installed a dimmer on the new lights and an existing fixture in our dining room as well. Brian and his father took care of these items in less than an hour. They were so polite, considerate (removing shoes due to rainy weather), and cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the price was FANTASTIC! We asked for pricing for a few other jobs we need done and will definitely be calling them in the new year for some can lights, wall mounting a TV, and installing 2 outdoor electrical outlets.

My wife and I just moved into a new home in Baxter Village SC and found that we needed some electrical work done that was not thought about when having the house built. I looked on Angie's List for highly rated electricains and asked for two estimates. I chose Artisen becasue they were lower in price and just seemed to understand my needs better. Brian had other jobs scheduled but told me that, depending on how they went, he would call me with a installation date which he did as promised. They came on time, reviewed what I wanted done and went to work. When two of the fans I had bought didn't work they attempted several times to install and then concluded it was the fans themselvesf and showed me that, even though the fan had been carefully repacked, there was a bit of telltale plaster on the wires showing that it WASN'T brand new. Another fan I purchased had a defectve remote control module in the fan. I have installed cieling fans before but never on 10 foot high ceilings. Without a doubt, if i had attemped to install these defective fans, I would have spent HOURS figuring that I must have hooked something up wrong and it couldn't POSSIBLY be the fan itself. That alone made having Artisen do the job worthwhile. After they were done ALL the boxes and trash were put outside. As mentioned above, Mike from Artisen casme back and installed the broken module which I had exchanged at the "big box store".

Brien makes me feel ultra confident that I am getting knowledgeable, competent work. He came out and assessed the situation, recommended repairs, gave me a great quote, and got things done. He's reliable, honest, and cares about his work. Highly recommended.

The work was done well, promptly and courteously. I particularly appreciate that Brian is not a M-F, 9 to 5 guy but reachable nights and weekends and he never complained about coming out to house outside of normal hours. I will (and have) continued to use him and have recommended him to friends. The competent, no BS approach is greatly appreciated.

Talk about good!!!!! WOW!!! What a breath of fresh air after dealing with other Yahoos trying to do construction work! Brian was great! Called back within a couple of hours and was at my house the next day. Knew exactly what to do and did it great. Also had him install an outlet while he was here and he did it with no problem. You can't go wrong with this type of person. Thanks Brian!!!

Brian came to the house on a Sunday at no charge to look at the job. We discussed what was desired and he provided some suggestions that we hadn't considered. Once he determined the cost of parts, he called back with a reasonable quote. We scheduled the work for two weeks out. Brian arrived on time and completed the job as planned. The finished work was excellent.

They were fairly priced. They were very affordable and their work was a good value. I will definitely use them again.

Brian came to gave us an estimate and was very helpful in making some suggestions on what should be done. We had other estimates and his was in line with them. He worked within our schedule and completed the work faster than we thought. He was very respectful of our house - watched out for our hardwood floors and cleaned up after himself. One of the rooms needed a new can light and he said he would supply one that matched the one already in the room - he matched it very well. We needed more outlets in our garage and he suggested a dedicated outlet for our golf cart as well as added more outlets for us to use for general use.
