All were very professional

Artisan Electric was on time and greeted me friendly. I explained where the TV should be mounted, asked IF I was needed or IF I could return to my home office. We agreed that I could go back to my work. When I went to check on them I noticed the TV bracket was mounted approx. 10 inches higher than what I wanted. We got into a little argument about who's fault that was, though Artisan then lowered the bracket to its desired height. Problem: The wall cut-out for the electrical outlet was already done, and was now showing as approx. 5x5 inch hole in the wall right above the TV. Artisan said they would contact me about a day/time for them to return to fix the hole. They never contacted me, and I ended up having my painting-handy-man fix it up for $75.

I would like a full refund for this big deal purchase. I had an option to schedule a day/time when purchasing but then received an email stating I had to call the company to set up an appointment. The guy I spoke with seemed uninterested and did not seem at all familiar with this "deal". He said he would call me sometime next week if he is out my way. This is not professional service

The most professional electrician in the area - great work, good work ethic. Everything a good businessman should be as well as being an outstanding electrician and fair in his pricing. We are SO glad to have found Brian again as we were concerned that we had lost him.

Artisan electric does awesome work. Brian and his staff came in and installed 3 fans, some mini pendants and even fixed a switch issue I had ( new constructed home mind you). I was very happy with the performance of their work, the professionalism of the business and services provided. I went the extra yard and added them as my favorite since they respond so fast to calls. I will be using them in the future for all my electrical needs around the house. Arrived on-time, professional. Luckily the original dining room chandelier was mounted to a ceiling joist so there was no extra cost involved (which I was forewarned might happen at the time of estimate.) Three electricians were required for the job due to size of managing the chandelier safely. One of the electricians went through the attic to pull up the extra wiring so it was aligned with the chain. The entire process moved along at a good pace. Very pleased and have since used them again a second time, to replace all the smoke detectors in my house. I highly recommend.

Responsive and quality work! Brian is great to work with. He was timely in his communication, explained my options to me (older home) for installing some of new fixtures. I even had a light broken out of the box but they still installed what they could and offered to come back when I get new one to replace it out! Accurate on the amount of time he said it would take to complete the work. Overall great work and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great guys. They were efficient, clean and came back a month later to install the bathroom fixture that was on order when they did the job. They didn't charge me. A WOW moment, you might say! very pleased and would highly recommend.

He arrived on time for the appointment which was a good thing. The owner came out to do the work and it took a couple of hours to fix everything and it was a complicated project. Scheduling was easy and he came when he said he would.

after trying to arrange getting togeather to do repairs he showed up promtly on scheduled day..........he and his associate were couteous, professional and enjoyable to converse with...........they were very effiecient and completed all tasks promptly..after completion they asked if there was anything else we needed.....we willnot hesitate to use them in the future if needed.couldnt have been more satisfied

The owner returned my call on the next business day, we scheduled a time to do the estimate of cost. Scheduled the work, agreed on a maximum time to be spent on the work, and date it would start. Started on time, finished early, Cost was less than the estimate.

We received a notice from our electric company about CSST (corrugated stainless steel tubing) used to supply natural gas needing to be bonded. I found Brian(Artisan Electrical Service LLC) on Angie's List and called him. He came out promptly , found that we did have unbonded CSST, ordered the necessary materials and returned with Mike (his assistant) to make the proper bonding. Both Brian and Mike were friendly, knowledgeable and fast workers. I had printed out Artisan's coupon and got $20.00 off. I would most definately hire Brian and Mike for any other electrical needs.

Brian, the owner, and his assistant, Mike, were terrific. Professional, good skill set, warm & friendly yet respectful. I found their pricing and the quality of their work to be highly competitive and would use their services again.

Brian came out the same day I called him and was able to make the fix with what he had on the truck in about 30 minutes. I had no A/C and its hot here in July! Very thankful for quick response and fix. He called ahead of time for arrival and was punctual. We've used him before for scheduled projects, this was the first time for 'emergency' work and we are just as pleased now as then.

The process went very well. I could trust him in the house with my key when I wasn't present. He went above and beyond and fixed a simple item that he saw was easy to fix when he was just there to give an estimate before I even hired him. After he completed the work, I realized that there was an electrical item on the list that I hadn't told him about because I thought it was a plumbing issue (had to deal with disposal). I was panicking because the house was scheduled for reinspection and it was late at night the day before. He told me he would come out early the next morning but that he could show me what I needed to buy and how to fix it over the phone. (It did not have to deal with any wiring or code issues). I fixed it with his direction and the house passed reinspection.

They were great! Prompt, knowledgeable, quick, polite and well priced. I would highly recommend them!

Both jobs went very well and were scheduled and completed on time as promised. Brian was prompt on each day of work and his work ethic coupled with his goal to complete the job was key to the overall success of the project. There were a few unforeseen issues that were a result of the homes construction, however Brian was able to make the proper adjustments to stay on schedule and on budget.

He was very prompt, friendly, and helpful. They also didn't mind me watching what they were doing because I thought it was interesting. He did a good job of explaining everything.
