Brian arrived on time. He called me to set up date to come to my home to install and was busy with other bigger jobs , therefore he offered to come to my home on a Sunday to do the work I needed. Upon arrival he went right to work and got everything working in a timely manner. He is a very pleasant person and I do believe very honest. I will call on him always for my future electrical work.

I called Brian this morning and he came first thing this afternoon. He and his other guy were in and out in like 30 minutes flat. They had the lights working right away and did not overcharge me.

Brian, the owner, did an awesome job in a short amount of time. We are very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, fair pricing, and quality of product. We already have another project in progress with him.

He came on time and did the job neatly.

Brian and his helper were punctual, efficient and focused on their work. They communicated well and were respectful of our home. The TV was placed exactly where desired and the job was neatly done with no exposed wires or cables. It took approximately two hours. The fans were installed quickly and all function as intended.

They arrived on time when promised, and completed the work expeditiously and professionally. All work was cleaned up satisfactorily.

The job went quickly and smoothly. Contractor showed up as he said that he would. Work was completed on time and on the quote provided. He even had to run an extra wire because when one of the lights was moved, the original wire was not long enough. Great job, super price with no hassles.

I contacted Brian, and he agreed to perform the work within a week. He arrived on time, was very quick and professional.

Brian responded promptly to initial phone call requesting service. He showed up for service appointment on schedule. He completed work and provided good information on how to care for and extend the service life for new smoke detectors installed

They were the closest. I chose them based on location.

Had to reschedule by several hours on the day and Brian was very accommodating. He was pleasant, timely and efficient.

Prompt and easy to do business with.

I live in a 1950's house and most of the plug outlets were still the two prong variety. I also had two closets with no light in them. I called Artisan and got a quick response back from Brian Menendez. We set up a time for him to come out and give me an estimate. After checking out my situation, he submitted an estimate to me the next day. The work was scheduled within the next few days and he was there promptly. He changed out 18 outlets in total and also replaced the exterior outlet on the patio and created another outlet at the front of the house. The bedroom and linen closets both now have pull cord lights in them and include a bulb globe. He did all of this in a fairly short amount of time. I couldn't be happier with the service and price and I will definitely call Brian again if I need more work done.

We got Artisan''s name from Angie's List. We needed to have an electrical outlet installed higher on the wall (there was a lower one) because we wanted to mount a flat screen TV on the wall. He had to go into the attic and access the wires behind the wall and cut out a section of the drywall. We also had him install a dimmer switch in our media room. We had not originally planned to do this when we called him but thought why not while he was here. He told my husband what kind of switch to buy at Home Depot, waited patiently for him to return and installed it for us. We found the price to be quite reasonable given what a lot of electricians charge these days. I would recommend him and use him again for our electrical needs.

Brian was professional and took care of the problem quickly.

Brian is wonderful to work with. We have used him several times in the past. We had discussed some of the challenges & concerns I had with the new installations. Brian came prepared & took care of the installations in just a few hours. We did run into a problem because the outdoor fan did not have a pull cord, but that is being taken care of. The work, as always was excellent.

Artisan Electric Service was very polite and responsive to the problem I was having with my breaker tripping. The problem was solved by changing the breaker.

We found this company originally thought Angie's List and have used them before. Brian most recently installed a large chandelier in the dining room and re-wired some electric outlets in the garage, adding a 3-way switch. As before, Brian's work is excellent and very, very reasonable. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future for all our electrical needs. Great service, Great value.

Brian came out the day we called, within a half hour, and proceeded to go right to work. He fixed everything i asked him to fix. Excellent experience. I will definately call him again for any electrical work i need done.

Excellent as usual. This isn't the first time I've had Brian do some work for me and he didn't let me down this time either. Always quick to respond and does a good job in a short amount of time. The only reason he received a B for price is due to the service charge fee in which I would have liked to get some other work done to help cover the cost but crazy me didn't go buy the new light covers. I'll just have to pay the service charge again when I get the light fixtures. If you're looking for good work, give him a call!
