Excellent service. Fast Response. Found the leak and quickly repaired. All this was done at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend them.

Two plumbers came to my house to fix a leak on the ceiling and the upper portion of my wall. In the process my 55 gallon fish tank was dropped and my laminate floors were damaged. The plumbers told me their Restoration company would be in contact with me. A day later I had no floors. The company did not follow up with me after this incident. I currently still am living on a concrete slab. Living in horrible conditions with no floors. When asked to speak to the other owner or to Ray Giles, Shannon stated she was the co-owner and that Ray Giles is no longer involved with the business. Shannon stated that the other Co-owner is a private partner. Shannon stated she was aware of the entire situation and never reached out to me as a customer until I called her 10 days later trying to figure out what the next step was for them to cover the damages. While on the phone Shannon even mentioned that her two plumbers informed her of the situation. When asked, Shannon, would not share her companies insurance information. When asked, Shannon would not share her last name. When asked, Shannon, also would not provide me with written documentation in reference to why she felt her company was not liable for the floors. After seeing me post online in reference to my review Shannon then proceed to call me from a blocked number and issue idle threats. My overall experience with this company has been absolutely horrible.

It took a long time to get them to have availability to do the work. When the job was done, the work was excellent.

They came on time with a new unit, but realized the existing unit just needed a small repair. They fixed it and showed me how to do it myself if it happens again. So instead of costing me a couple hundred dollars, they charged me a house call. This is the second time I've used Giles, and I will definitely call them again if the need arises.

I called Giles Plumbing Friday evening to request a service call. I got their answering service and left a message. I called again first thing Saturday morning and left another message. No one called until 9:30 Saturday morning. The tech said that he called Friday evening but I had no message or record of a missed call. The tech showed up at 2:00 on Saturday. He took a look at the issue which quickly resulted in a lot more water flooding the cabinet which caused a leak stain on the basement ceiling below. He then started running a snake through the line but decided that he needed a power snake to finish the job. He also suggested that I needed to redo some of the pipe connections because they were not installed properly. The master plumber that I eventually used said that would have been the wrong thing to do. Around 2:30 the tech then said he needed to go back to his office to get another snake. The office is literally 10 minutes away at most. He NEVER returned or called. I left another message with the service later but still no call. The first time I heard from Giles Plumbing was a voicemail at 9:00 this Monday morning. The tech even left his hand vac which is still sitting in my garage. I have never experienced anything quite like this. To be fair, I used Giles Plumbing once before and had a satisfactory experience. I will not however use them or recommend them again. There is no excuse for the complete lack of communication over a two-day period and the sloppy, unprofessional work done by the technician.

He showed up when he said he would show up. He did his job and fixed the toilet efficiently and did not make a mess and cleaned up afterward. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. He was a man of few words, which I really like. My wife said he was polite.

On time, friendly, good work for a fair price.

From the initial contact with Giles Plumbing, to the final goodbye, the entire staff of Giles Plumbing was courteous, professional, and efficient. We had to make several phone calls to find someone available right after Christmas, and Giles came to our rescue. We highly recommend these guys!

-up. Finally, Giles came to our rescue. I was so impressed with Scott and assistant. I cannot thank you enough, Giles, for having such professional plumbers on your staff. I have referred you to everyone on our street and will post the same praise on our social media sites, where we rely on each other for references. After 5 years of dealing with roots backing up our sewer system, they fixed this issue that everyone else said was impossible without tearing through our newly renovated tiled shower. Thanks again for taking care of us!!

Responded in one day. Did as stated above. We couldn't be more pleased.

We now have plenty of water, great water pressure, and feel good about our decision to call Giles plumbing. Copper pipes should last 70 to 80 years, so we felt the other company was totally off base suggesting that we replace all our pipes. None of our pipes were leaking. We just didn't have water. It was the pump, not our pipes or our well. He did tell us he would bring a water test kit to test our well water while he was there, but he forgot to bring it. I would have liked to have that done but understand that it was just forgotten. They were hard workers and spent about 6 hours out in the cold so that we could get our water back!

Could not have been better... I called on Tuesday; they came Wednesday (on time); they finished the job $50 less than the estimate; they were quick; they were friendly...and they checked there work before they left. Obviously a well run business.

More difficult situation than we thought. Busted seal blocked the flow of hot water and he had to put in a new line.

This was the second time that Robby Giles has come to my place for service. The first time was in 2012 when he replaced my garbage disposal and studor vent. Both times he has arrived in the timeframe that was given when I made the appointment. Very patient - he answered all my questions. He provided solid advice for other issues that I had questions about. I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend Giles Plumbing for all plumbing related services. I plan to have them come back to replace bathroom faucets, a toilet and hot water tank, eventually.

It went great. I texted him a picture of where the leak was so he was able to come with all the necessary supplies. Two gentleman showed up - super nice folks. Great communicators leading up to the appointment, and very friendly in person. Came on a Sunday and didn't charge us extra for a weekend service call. Very reasonably priced too. Will definitely use again.

They are quick. Both times they came within about 2 hours of me calling. The service professionals are polite and quick.

Ray and Chordele arrived exactly on time and offered an economical solution to a difficult problem. They made repair quickly and we're gone before you could say drip drip. Good job, well done.

Robby Giles was great. He came out to my place on Tuesday, Oct 23 to look at my hot water tank, as I was concerned about it's age and the effort it would take to replace it. Robby arrived on time, he answered all my questions, and gave me an estimate. When the tank is ready to be replaced, I will definitely have Giles Plumbing do the work. I had been having problems with a bad odor at my kitchen sink, and he was able to look at that while he was there. Determined that the odor could be coming from the broken disposal or the studor vent under the sink. Made an appt for him to come back on Friday the 26th and replace both. Again, he was here on time and handled the job great. I will definitely call Giles Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Overall very good work, called at 10:00 AM they were here by 11:30, by the nature of the work it is a messy process but they did a good job to clean up the mess. The down side was their snake machine was wet and throwing dirt all over but they cleaned it all up.

He took care of the leak and it hasn’t leaked since then. I will use this company again in the future.

Arrived on time and prepared. Job was done quickly. A small problem was quickly resolved the same day they performed the service.
