Thank you Arce. Friday night my air conditioner stopped working. Called Arce. They sent a tech out within an hour. Alijandro found the problem quickly, replaced the part and explained everything he was doing. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. No hard upsell and customer service was excellent. Great experience.

Called the company based on positive reviews from several of my former co-workers. Signed on for the annual maintenance contract and was provided a service date.The Company provides the option of paying for the Maintenance Service Agreement in one lump sum of $180 or monthly payments of $15.for a single gas funance and AC unit. The technician arrived on time and performed the scheduled maintenance on the furnace.

Robert responded the same day and worked us into his schedule. He checked out the unit and panel, checked temps, etc. and quickly determined that the on/off switch in our very hot attic was warping causing the switch to falter and intermittently turning off the panel to the unit. He said he could replace the switch for $75 or we could pay $10 for the switch at the hardware store and do it ourselves. My husband got the part that night and our upstairs AC is working. We paid a very reasonable service fee and saved some money on labor. Win all around. Overall: Pricing is very reasonable, he's easy to reach, very professional with timing and expectations. Both my husband and myself ask a lot of questions. He answered our questions, though we are the type of people that like lots of detailed information/explanation. This is the only thing we would have liked more of. That being said, it was 6:30 in the evening, Robert worked us into the end of a busy day within 12 hours of a request and clearly knows his stuff. We are confident in his ability and would use him again.

This company is very professional, prompt, and reliable. They also have very fair pricing. I have been using them for about 8 years now, and absolutely recommend them.
