I called to request a quote for a small stucoo repair job and was told that he would be out at the end of the week to take a look at the job. I waited into the following week but never heard back. I finally called and left a message stating that I was interested in knowing what the cost estimate for the job would be. I never received a return a call-back. Even if the company did not want to do the work they should have shown the courtesy of calling me to tell me so.

I have been trying to call and text him for the past 6 weeks (home, cell, work, email, etc.) with absolutely no response. It is almost impossible to be that disconnected this day in age. I have already put half of the money down with him, so I am kinda locked in. I am working with my insurance company on this along with many other companies who can all not get paid till he responds and finish the work. I am willing to change and add to this review if he is willing to respond.

I was very impressed. He came out to examine the cracks in our stucco within hours of my phone call. He was very honest and told us that he could do an extensive fix or just caulk the corners. He said that he'd do the caulking the next time he was out working on a neighbor's home and not charge us. I insisted that we compensate him for his time since they needed to use ladders to reach the second floor. They came, did the work, and have yet to receive a bill. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! We'll definitely use them for other stucco needs soon. Highly recommend them.

CAUTION ! DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER.....HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RELIABLE. After getting estimate and completion date from owner I have not been able to contact him. Over the last few weeks I have left three voice mail messages and one text message.....and I have never have received any return call, text, or any acknowledgement. UNSAT!

After contact Chris Allen came out and spent considerable time hearing about the work we wanted completed and advising us on his process and his timing. He let us know of his availability to do the work and arrived on the day scheduled. The workmanship of his people was superb. I will occasionally tip workers, these guys deserved extra recognition. They were always most accommodating and willing to go the extra mile or more! Chris made sure the color match was perfect. We couldn't be more pleased with this company!

I called Chris to arrange for an estimate to repair hard stucco on exterior. Chris showed up on arranged day and walked the propoerty with me looking inspecting not only the area in need of repair but the entire exterior. He was professional, informative and most helpful. He estimated the job and we made arrangements for the repair. His repair guy showed as planned and did the work. He was there a few hours. The work was impeccable. I'd recommend Chris for any stucco work. The quality was fantastic, customer service exceptional and price estimate very reasonable. Chris is a great guy and consummate professional. I can see why he's booked solid. From now on he's my go-to guy for stucco work.

The experience with Allen's Plastering was professional from the beginning until the end. Their response from the time we placed the service call was prompt and courteous. The quote given was much less than other companies we had contacted for the work. We had synthetic stucco removed from our entire 7,000 sf home and replaced with hard coat stucco. Allen Plastering not only replaced the stucco, but they did other repairs that was needed around our home. The entire team went over and beyond to make sure the job was done right! They completed the job on the date projected. We would definitely hire them again and recommend their services to our friends.

Work was done in a very timely and professional manner. We were amazed that the new stucco was applied seemlessly and you can't tell which sections were replaced -- matches up perfectly. I don't know how the price compares, as we did not get multiple estimates from other contractors. He came with a good recommendation, and stucco repair was not something we were willing to risk quality for a better price. All in all a very professional experience, and we would recommend.

I called Chris Allen to ask for an estimate to repair some hard coat stucco window reliefs that had broken and to inspect the other reliefs. He said that he would come by the next day to evaluate the request. He arrived the next day at the appointed schedule and provided the estimate that night via e-mail. I explained to him that for various reasons, including that this work was part of a bigger remodeling project, it would be 3-4 weeks before I could make a decision. About 3 weeks later, I called on a Tuesday to tell him that I would like him to do the job, and he said he could start on Thursday, and his crews would be at the job between 9:30 and 10. The crew arrived shortly after 9:30 Thursday morning. The work started and the crew was there until almost dark. Because, some of the work required that it be completely dry, they returned on Saturday to complete the job. I went to outside to look at some of the work a few times, and i found it to be very craftsman like. When the job was completed, everything was cleaned and cleared. I asked about payment, and was told that I would get an invoice from Chris. On Monday, I talked with Chris about the job and completed him on the quality of work. He said that he had to inspect the job to insure that it was completed correctly, and after that he would send the invoice. He did inspect the job, and sent me an invoice that agreed exactly with the estimate. I would highly recommend Allen Plastering for stucco work.

What a great experience working with Chris Allen and his crew. I called Chris since he had been recommended to me by my realtor (we just moved into our house). We knew when we moved in that there were several areas where cracks had occurred that needed repair. Chris came out to the house and gave the house a good once-over and even found a few places I had missed. He quoted me a very reasonable price to repair the cracks (actually very cheap I thought). He then told me he would be out the following week. And just like he said, he came out the following week and did a wonderful repair job on the cracks. It's so nice to work with people who are punctual and take pride in their work---and to have it done at a very reasonable price was just the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking to get their stucco repaired.

According to our Realtor everything went very well. A seal was broken and they notified the Realtor and took care of the problem proactively.
