It went great ! They came in installed pool. Kept me informed on what they were doing and taught me how to maintain it.

After making the rounds of the Charlotte area hot tub dealers, we found Absolute Installations on Angie's List. These guys are not salesmen who just happen to be selling spas, they are true pool and spa professionals who really know their stuff. Very responsive, they returned every email and phone call promptly. They answered our many questions fully and patiently. They spend most of their time working on installations, but were very accommodating in making appointments to see their hot tubs at their warehouse in Fort Mill, as well as in delivering to our home. I honestly can't remember the last time I've dealt with anyone with more integrity and professionalism than Rod - honest, responsive, and knowledgeable... and we are loving the Alps Spa as well.

First the mistake. We bought an above ground pool on-line and thought we would be able to set it up ourselves. After several hours of trying (on what we thought was level ground), we quit. Now for the good news. We contacted Absolute Installations LLC and scheduled them to come out and install pool. They were fantastic. They made all the arrangements to have the ground leveled and sand that was needed to be taken care of before they arrived. Once they arrived, they immediately went work. Everything was done in a very methodical way. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing check/double checked everything along the way. The pool was completed within 3 hours of them arriving and Rodney made sure to take the time to explain exactly how the pump and filter worked. If you have any thoughts of getting an above ground pool (on-line or locally), we recommend you contact Absolute Installations LLC and have them professionally do the work. It was worth every penny to have the job done right. If we ever have any pool/spa needs in the future, we will be calling on them again.

Rod and Jason were very professional, patient, quick, knowledgeable and skillful. They installed a new liner in our above ground pool in two hours. The pool is filling with water. At this point, I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them. Their professional attitude and quality of work is top notch.

Everything went good on there part. Just a screw up on my end. Very reliable and knowledgable about there work. No problems at all. Was very fair settling up at the end. I hope the owners read this because when I am ready to have a pool put in, if they let me I will use them. I want to get the right one when I have the money to do it right.

Everything from the initial call to the end of installation went smoothly, on schedule and with little to no effort on customer's part... Jason took care of everything, and delivered on everything promised!

They came back out without a problem for some concerns we had. This is our second season. We bought the salt water rated pool system and the only thing I notice is the rails are bowing a bit - probably due to them being PVC.

Jason and Rod were awesome to work with. Jason, Rod and their team of guys were so professional and easy to work with. They were very responsive to phone calls, communicated efficiently and completed the job and even cleaned up afterwords. They ended up having to come back twice to move a hot tub and had no problems with scheduling both times. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and pass along their info to anyone that needs it. It is also nice that you can buy hot tubs from them, service them, move hot tubs and big items such as pool tables, etc. Even though they came back twice, since the job changed a little bit from the first time to the second, they lowered the price of moving the hot tub. I paid them the original price because of the good job they completed and for coming back twice. Thank you guys for the hard work and professionalism!

They came out promptly and installed the pool, for a family member, exactly as they has explained they would. They did a very good job and were very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will use them again when we move. We are seriously considering purchasing a spa from them later this year.

Jason was excellent to work with. He communicated quickly and reliably in the leadup time and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. When I asked to have a different pump installed, he did the research and got back to me quickly. My pump started making noise after a few weeks, but Jason came back and replaced it in two days. He has been helpful in the weeks following, responding to e-mails promptly and with good information. Finally, his price was among the best I found.

They did a great job. Had the old one down in an hour and put the new one up in about 90 minutes. They hauled all of the old pool away and cleaned up.

Rod came out and brought samples of pool sides and linings. He looked at the yard and gave us an estimate along with some additional options. He was very helpful and professional - not pushy at all. We picked the pool and lining. It took about a week and half for the pool to be put in The grader showed up in the morning by 9:00 am and the pool was up and they were cleaning up their tools by 2:00. It is a beautiful and sturdy pool. We chose to spend more on 30" walk down steps that attach to a deck, also a solar cover and winter cover. Can't wait for the deck to be complete and the warm weather to enjoy the pool. Would definitely recommend Absolute Installation!

I called them and they responded back to me quickly. They set a tentative time frame to do my liner replacement (as weather, etc. can make setting a firm date difficult). They kept in touch with me on a regular basis as to when it looked like they would be able to get to me. They came out, replaced the liner and installed the new ionizer. They did perfect work and cleaned up afterwards. I am completely happy with the liner replacement ($350) and the new ionizer is working fantastic! ($250).
