"He called to discuss my hauling/dumping needs. I told him 1 queen mattress, one full mattress, and 1 full frame. I asked for a ballpark I. He said $50. When he got here, he had to come in to see so he could establish a price ...all of a sudden his minimum was $75. My neighbor and I paid him $77 (we didn't have extra cash for anymore of a top because the price went up). He left. He came back about 10 minutes later claiming I didn't give him enough money (he claimed he was short $20, although my neighbor watched me count it out before giving it to him). We were debating but he would only speak with my neighbor. I assume because he was a man (since he called me sweetheart the entire time). My neighbor went and found another $20 and gave it to him just to get him to leave. Lo and behold he was back 5 minutes later because he "found" the $20 in his wallet. I understand mistakes happen, but to imply I shorted him in purpose and then to only speak to my male counterpart... I am certain if it was just me, he would have made a bigger issue of it and tried to intimidate (he tried until I called my neighbor out). Will never use his service again. Terrible experience."

"I’ve never had such a poor experience with ANY company I am highly highly upset. They showed up 50 minutes late & broke my nail table before even getting out the building. Who moves without a dolly?? The guy said he would fix it and charge half. I thought maybe wood glue would fix it but by the time we arrived to my home the bottom leg broke he said he couldn’t fix it. Asked who was the owner he claimed he was. Not only was my nail table broke, cabinet is cracked, they never took my pedicure chair upstairs & drove off quickly. My items weren’t even tied down properly in the truck, handled roughly. I sent pics of my broke table to the number on this site and the person just responded with a sad face.. no apology or even offer to replace it. I wish companies would do a better job customer service and treat possessions the way you would want yours to be treated.. don’t hire them!!"
