I found JNR Flooring for my parents after they’d had a bad experience with a remodeling project on their bathroom. I submitted my inquiry on Angi’s List around 9 PM, and Jason reached out very quickly; I was able to get a quote from him within 30 minutes and he was very patient with all of the questions I had. Jason and Ronda were able to fix and finish the project, with great results. They were always readily available and easy to communicate with; they are very transparent every step of the way. Would definitely hire again for another home project.

The new flooring looks great! They did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, and communicative. They advised us what was the issue with existing flooring, what they were going to do, why they were doing it, and they did exactly that. Professional work, and friendly people. Would hire again, and highly recommend them.

In the end I couldn’t find a coordinating tile or get any of the original tile, despite reaching out to various neighbors in our townhouse community, before it came time to list the property. I will say though, Rhonda was terrific with her follow up and always ready to help. And the price quote was reasonable. I will definitely pass along their contact to anyone who asks.

Jason and Rhonda came to our rescue! Our prior installer made an absolute mess out of our patio. Jason came to our home, assessed the situation, and explained in precise detail what happened and how it can be remedied. We agreed to hire Jason and his team. They showed up on time, installed an absolutely gorgeous patio, and are very reasonably priced. I was equally impressed by all of the finishing touches, no detail was left out. When the job was complete, they cleaned up the yard and left no trace behind.

Great expertise, they quickly diagnosed the issue and even took preventative measures in their repairs that would help avoid future problems as well. Their work is fast, thorough, and they cleaned up everything as they worked. I cannot recommend JnR Flooring enough, book them before half of Charlotte has them scheduled!

Love my kitchen floor!!! They did a, and are doing a fantastic job in my kitchen they haven’t finished yet in pantry awaiting on more tile to come in. I am extremely happy with my kitchen floor. I already have them scheduled them to put tile in my upstairs bathroom

The job went well. The contractor recommended installation materials that will address our water infiltration issue on our living room floor and other methods to avoid infiltration.

Absolutely wonderful on all sides and all fronts! They were quick to reach out when we asked for a quote, and quicker to come over to see the issue. They sent us our quote the same night, and they were able to come out very quickly after that to get the ball really rolling and start the project. The entire process was so smooth, and the customer service was on par with what I can only imagine the finest of 5 star hotels take pride in. This is a great company, with great people at the helm, and they did everything and more to make us feel sure that they were absolutely the best ones to hire for the job. If we ever need any work done again, we know who we're asking first!! Don't hesitate to reach out, you won't be disappointed!
