Service technicians were professional and polite. Service was done well and timely. I would definitely recommend Walkup Electrical.

Service guy showed up in less than an hour after calling. Quickly diagnosed problem and fixed it. It is always a relief to have someone who fixes a minor problem instead of trying to sell you a new system. System simply needed a Freon charge. I was very pleased overall with the service and would gladly call them again.

I had a hard time getting someone out to my house to wire my dust collection unit. Sent them a message via the website on Tuesday, received an email the next morning with a name and contact info and after a quick call I had an appointment for the next day. I was even told that they may only be able to determine what is needed and then would require a second appointment. Two techs showed up on Wednesday afternoon shortly after 3p.m. and within minutes decided they had what they needed for the job. Just over an hour later and I was up and running. Both techs were professional and personable and the timeliness of the company and the techs was exceptional. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone needing electrical work done that they contact them as well!

I'm very happy with the results. I was in contact with the owner and employees during the scheduling process via email and eventually phone. They first came out to look at issue and provide estimate. Owner called me back to give me a range based on feedback from employees, which I told him was good with me. They came first thing in the morning and fairly quickly had figured out that I had some loose wires in a bank of light switches, another loose wire in a connected outlet, and that a four way switch had basically gone bad. After a quick trip to pick up the switch, they were back and had things fixed in less than 30 minutes. I was pleased with the service and requested estimates on a couple of other electrical jobs I need done. All total, they were in the house working for around 90 minutes or so. I plan to use them again.

They were here at 8 AM this morning, on time and solved the problem. Very courteous and informed me of what to do.

Everything went fine. I have signed up for a service contract for a year. Recently, during the very high temperatures, my HVAC unit stopped working and we had company at the time. I called for service and the response was amazing. Everything was fixed and running within an hour. We were blessed. Thank you.
