The Cleaning Bouquet

The maid service agreed to clean my parent's home on 9/3/2015, sent reminder emails and texts, but did not show up with no explanation given.

She was lovely on the phone. I scheduled an appointment for last week at 1:30pm. I called at 3pm after no one had showed up to my home. I waited until 5pm and still haven't heard from her. I left another voicemail today to check in to see if she was still available and to what had happened last week but so far I have not heard anything back.

Danielle and her team do an excellent job. I hired her for Valentine's Day in 2013 to perform a "whole house deep clean" service. I was so impressed we've kept her coming monthly ever since. Danielle provides a checklist of the cleaning task that were completed each time. She is completely trustworthy and it is always nice to come home to a house that looks and smells super-clean. I'd highly recommend her services.

Danielle and her team provide a checklist of what was done each time they come and I can verify that the items that are checked off are indeed cleaned each time they visit. I have a very active and busy family which means we have little time to fully maintain house cleaning at a level that we prefer to have. Danielle and her staff allow us to have the clean house that we cannot maintain on our own. Having The Cleaning Bouquet come very other week allows me to avoid extensive housecleaning on weekends; basically, all I have to do is minimal maintenance, as well as keeping "stuff" picked up so they are able to clean when they arrive.

They did agood job but over a period of time a few things were broken.

I could always count on Danielle, and her team, to do a great job and they never left tasks incomplete. Danielle was flexible and always tried to make my entire family comfortable and do what she could to make our lives easier. She was also always so kind and cheerful. Our real estate agent even called and told us what a great job she did on the "move out" cleaning of our house after we left it. We will miss The Cleaning Bouquet so much!

Danielle and her staff do a wonderful job. This a very professional and trustworthy business. I never worry about what is going on in my home while I am not there. Danielle is always accomodating and will do everything possible to meet my needs. The Cleaning Bouquet helps me every other week and I don't know what I would do without them.
