Description of Work: We had a bathroom remodeled and our carport converted into a garage. Bathroom included tile work, wallpaper removal, paint, new fixtures. Garage included structural, electrical, insulation, brick, vinyl, windows, garage door, 2 exterior doors. Very satisfied with work, cost, professionalism and time that project was completed in.

+ 4 moreContractor was friendly and appeared to be cooperative and professional before work was started. Work was done promptly but per description above was not done satisfactorily.
Description of Work: Company performed repairs to residence from list provided by home inspector. Unsatisfactory items were installation of moisture barrier in crawlspace (there are large areas in the crawlspace where no moisture barrier has been installed), removal of debris from crawlspace (there is still debris in the crawlspace), replace heavy decay damage at front porch columns and trim (the work done is of very poor quality -- cheap, finger jointed wood, sloppy caulking, and poor quality painting), replace and repair screen door (replaced door is improperly installed and rubs on deck just as previous door did), seal small leak around duct boot under the front double bathroom (duct boot is not insulated). Contractor mistakenly cut down a tree a healthy ornamental tree and agreed to replace it with a like tree but did not do so.
