 + 0 moreThe men arrived this morning and the work was completed in 3 hours. My ground was was leveled and work area was clean. I would highly recommend them to everyone for their septic needs. Tank Pumping - 250.00 and New Lines 1800.00
Description of Work: My septic tank was pumped 10 days ago. The service was was excellent. I was told that I needed new lines because the current lines were clogged. I scheduled to have new lines dug today. I am glad that I did because 2 days ago my tank was full again.

 + -1 moreIt went well. We have contacted him to put field lines in and they came and pumped the tank out again March 21st because it was full again. This was completed for the other job we needed completed. We are still waiting for a response as to when he can complete the field lines

 + -1 moreAwesome Service! Sellers have been serving my septic systems (home & rental properties) for 15 years. Over the years, Sellers have performed many pump outs, installed a new septic tank, installed new drain field, installed a new pump system and added an alarm system to alert me my septic tank is not functioning property. In 2009, my 2 year old pump system failed (installed by builder's plumber when house was built in 2007) and I experienced 1st hand how disgusting it is for your septic system to back up in your house...sewage came shooting out of the tub drain! Sellers installed a new reliable pump system and also installed a pump alarm. IF YOU MUST HAVE A PUMP SYSTEM FOR YOUR SEPTIC TANK, IT'S WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY TO INSTALL AN ALARM TO ALERT YOU WHEN YOUR SEPTIC SYSTEM IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY - I THINK I MAY HAVE SPENT AN EXTRA FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS!

Description of Work: We recently bought a property that had been left in disrepair and vacant for over 2 years. We called to have Sellers Septic Tank SVC come pump our septic tank. After they opened the tank, we found that it did not need to be pumped, but that the drainage to the tank was slow. The technician with "over 30 years of experience in this business" advised that we would need to have the drain line trenched up... He went on to explain that it was a BIG job. He couldn't approximate a price for such a job, but said that I could call the office and talk with Dianne. | |I had dealt with Dianne to make the original appointment and she was the one who called me the morning of the appointment to ask if it was okay for the technicians to show up earlier than planned. However, when I called the office about the pricing (about an hour after I last spoke with her), I was told that Dianne was not in the office today. The other lady told me that today's service charge would be $85 if we didn't have the tank pumped. With this information, we decided to just have the technician put the lid back on the tank for now so we'd have time to consider what other options we may have. The experienced technician said that $85 was a low price. He then made a phone call and said that he spoke with Dianne. The technician told me that I needed to call the office to pay for their service before they left the property. I called and asked for Dianne but again I was told that Dianne was not in the office. The lady proceeded to take my credit card information and said the charge for $85 should show up on my statement in a day or two. I checked with my credit card statement and there is a charge for $85 that was processed that morning. However, approximately 30 minutes after the first charge, another charge from Sellers appears for $40 with no explanation. | |As for the slow drainage into the septic tank and the "BIG trench job", we were able to clear the line with a single treatment of Foaming Root Killer from the hardware store. |

 + 0 moreCalled Ronnie (owner) about an issue with my septic system. He returned my call that night and came out the next day to survey the problem. Determined my 40 year old septic system needed new field lines. Brought his crew the following week and performed the work. I was outside with them the whole time. When the lid was removed, he asked when I had the tank pumped last-it had been pumped 6 months earlier by another company and their faulty equipment prevented them from doing a proper job. We decided that while doing all this work, now was not the time to pinch pennies, so Ronnie had his pump truck come out to pump the tank how it should have been done in the first place. After finishing up Ronnie dug up part of the old line and replaced a section to try to get that line to do something, that was not part of the original job and he just did it on his own. These guys worked like a crew that had been together a long time, and they have. Truth is, I originally pick them because I saw one of Ronnie's pump trucks around town, and it looked new. Funny as it sounds, the last company that came out to pump the tank (about 6 months ago) had a truck that looked to be falling apart (rusted and dilapidated) and they couldn't pump the tank properly because of it-so I was at least going to get a company with good equipment this time. I was well pleased with Sellers. Ronnie called back and came to the house when he said he would, and did a good job in a timely manner. I definitely recommend him.
Description of Work: Installed two 50 foot field lines w/distribution box. Pumped septic tank. repaired section of original (old) line.
