I purchased my appliances through Sears, so I generally use them to repair my appliances. We have the warranties and fix it for nothing. It cost $200 a year for the maintenance warranties, but in the long run it's worth it. They work around my schedule, I'm in school, and the kids are in school. They do try to accommodate me. When we have priced around and they have always been fair on price. They usually have the part on the truck when they arrive which, is really nice. They don't treat me like I'm a dummy. I think one time I missed him, and that was because, he was early and I was late. They are really good, kind, courteous, and clean-up their mess. We are looking at buying a dishwasher in the near future.

I keep going back because they are cheaper than another company I use. They seem to be fine but sometimes they have national coupons that can be used and some of the associates can't find them. Somebody takes care of me and then somebody else walks in and somebody else waits on them and they have a coupon for an oil change for them. Everything about the quality they provide has been fine so far. The last time my brakes have been squeaking a little since I last went back there. I don't know if it is coincidence. They told me my brakes were fine and there was no squeaking after my last oil change, but I noticed it after I got it back. The car is done on time, it just takes a while.

They were quick to respond. They were very friendly and eager to find the best solution. They did not just charge me for bringing the spring, he was actually able to do it fairly and inexpensively and kind of went the extra mile. It was just a great transaction and I will definitely use them again and I will definitely recommend them.

It was fine. I just used them once. He did a good job and he was courteous. The price was average.

The repair was covered under the warranty that I purchased. He arrived on time. He knew what he was doing. He had parts on his truck. He didn't have any problem. I was satisfied with his work. The company provided a good service. They back up their work with the warranty. It was a good price for what I got. The quality of the work was good.
