+ -1 moreI had a vinyl fence installed by them about four months ago. Upon installation one of the crew told me that the gate was bent, "due to packaging," and that they would make it right. I have exchanges several emails with Scott who said he would fix the problem but have yet to see anyone. He is now not returning calls or emails.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on scheduled time. Did a fantastic job on the back yard. I had a side fence installed to border my driveway, it was not straight and they came back and moved the wrong section of fence. His son said that he would have to dig up the whole fence to move it where it should be....it was 100 degrees outside and I had a brunch scheduled that I was hosting. They wouldn't have anywhere to park. I called his Dad (Scott) and he assured me that he would make it right. He never returned any of my phone calls. Had my attorney send him a letter, no response. So........on to the next step. See pic below....does this look right to you?
