The owner and main provider, Sam Wyatt is whom I dealt with the most. He required 50% of payment upfront for every job he performed. In the beginning he was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing, but that quickly changed. He never showed up to the job at a reasonable hour. Usually it was noon or later before he arrived and would leave everyday by 6 at the latest. The only time he was punctual was when he was due to receive payment. The main issues with this provider is the quality of the job. He used the cheapest paint he could possibly buy and after the job was complete, a simple wet towel removed the paint. When confronted with this issue, he cussed out my father and myself and refused to fix it. Upon hiring, the provider assured me the entire job shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks. It took him 2 whole months to finish painting a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. He inconvenienced everyone with this job and was the absolute least professional provider. I would never hire this man again and do not recommend him to anyone!!
