Description of Work: I called at 3 a.m. After being woken up by the sounds of squirrels in my attic. Dennis came over the next day and looked over the house and set traps for the squirrels in the attic and also for cats under the porch. He checked his humane traps every day until there was no sign of animals in the house. He also cleaned out years of bird nest materials to avoid house fires starting in my attic vents. He made other suggestions to keep the wildlife out of my 1920's bungalow. He fitted stainless steel grates over the crawl space grates which were deteriorated after repairing the mortar and crumbling masonry under the porch. He built a custom chimney insert to keep birds and bats out. He also built a custom flashing around the hot water heater to keep animals from entering the crawl space.
