+ 0 moreI called at about 2 pm to see about someone looking at my leaking water heater. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I got another call before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. I showed him the water heater and the mess of water and he promptly showed me where the leak was coming from and got to work. It took him an hour to fix the leak and he was very courteous and professional. I've already discussed other issues with him regarding my new home we purchased. VERY pleased with the pricing and service!!

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the service received. The total cost was $200 - but thanks to Angie's List coupon, I got 10% off. The entire process took only about 1 hour. The plumbers explained to me everything that had to be done as they conducted their work. Overall, I was very pleased with Palmetto State's service and would strongly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: I had problems with my kitchen sink backing up, particularly when using the garbage disposal. I made an appointment to have Palmetto State Plumbing come to my house, and two plumbers arrived right on time. They identified a couple of problems. One was a vent attached to a pipe under the sink, which they replaced. The other was a pipe under the house which had a pitch to it, allowing residue from the sink to settle. They repaired the pipe so the pitch traveled downward to allow all residue to head into the sewage system.

Description of Work: WOW! Neat, professional, fast and AFFORDABLE! Did a great job they are ON MY LIST! House was not draining and they scrubbed the line with a fancy water scrubbing machine now my pipes are squeaky clean.
