 + -1 moreThey just finished. They did a fantastic job. They would have finished the same day but a cloud came up in the afternoon at about 2 o'clock and they stopped till next morning. They finished it in a couple of hours next morning. Their price was excellent. Owens Construction just did the roofing and the sub contractors did the painting and fixing inside.
Description of Work: Owens Construction & Remodeling LLC painted the interior of my house, repaired some stuff and also re roofed the whole house.

Description of Work: Chris was to renovate our attic space into a tv room, bedroom, and bathroom as well as tie in our HVAC. The construction was done fairly well. Lengthy in time and over budget! Chris didn't return phone calls promptly. We have a tv room with a bump in the floor. A bedroom that is okay. A bathroom that is usable unless you want to shower. The shower was installed improperly and we have spent over 1K in that fix. The HVAC was never tied in and we ended up spending over 5K for that. We still do not have the shower door fixed and that will probably be a replacement. We would NEVER recommend this young man. He has lied to us and asked for $ early which left us over 1400.00 out of pocket plus the expense of fixing the problems created by his compamy.
