Old South Shutters and Blinds

I don't think I I have ever encountered someone so rude BEFORE you even do business. Paul was obviously not interested in giving me an estimate. I called and left a message. When Paul called back he asked if he could call the next day to set up an appointment for an estimate. He called the next day and we set up an appointment for the following day. He said he was familiar with Hartsville and he did not listen carefully to the directions I gave him. He called again later that day to change the appointment-which we did. Finally he called around the time of the appointment and asked "where are you?". I again tried to explain to him where my house was located (a dead end street) and he was just plain rude. I ultimately told him if this was an inconvenience for him maybe we should just forget about it. He said fine and hung up. His business must be booming because he certainly doesn't need new customers.
