Six weeks later I called him and told him we were ready for the cabinet. He said they still had to make the doors. Two weeks later I began calling his office. He never responded. My contractor went to his office and was told they just needed to stain and finish the cabinet. That was the last time we heard from Michael the owner. After 10 weeks I called and left them a message saying I wanted my deposit back or I was taking them to court. Michaels wife called me two days later and said she needed my address to send the check to me. It has been over a week and we still have not received our deposit refund. I am filing in small claims court on Dec 30th. If anyone else has had dealings with this company I would love it if you put a review of them on here.
Description of Work: The owner Michael came to the house and measured and spoke to us about the job. He gave us an estimate and said it would take him at least 4 weeks to complete the cabinet. He asked for a deposit of 50%. We wrote him a check on Oct 30 2013. He cashed the check on Nov 1st 2013.
