LOWE'S

Description of Work: At the store, Customer service rep in the floor department ,never showed up. We waited almost an hour for help. Left very frustrated as we would of made a very large order of porcelain tiles for our floor. There finally was a gentleman who came over to try to assist us, however knew nothing about flooring , so he apologized and went to get the person, supposedly for the flooring department, who never showed up!!

Description of Work: they did nothing i went to home depot looked at some doors they gave me pricws i wenyt back to lowe's being that i live only 5 min. away well they charged me 35.00 to measure my fornt door entry they claim that the samll palidiaum top [prtion is part of the door that is not trure so they told me they would'nt do the job i called corporate they didn't care so i went back to the store and got my money in cash being that the check has cleared my account now i will go with home depot i hate lowes never again will i shop that store the help in there seems tobe lost and just don't care that includes senior mamangment i call the corporate they were no help to me i will not even buy a light bub there if they were free

Description of Work: It has been almost 3 weeks since I asked for my new flooring to be installed. I was told it would happen in a week or two since Lowe's subcontracts this kind of work. I went back to Lowe's last week in person to see what was taking so very long. No one could tell me anything. I paid for the whole job at that time. I have not had a phone call or anything about this. Having wanted to be as ready as possible my family and I took up all the old carpet, tacks, emptied all the furniture out 3 weeks ago. I do have a television and a computer still in this room which can be put out of the way when the workers arrive. I give Lowe's and F so far. I hope every morning that day will be the day. I am very disappointed. I hope their work will be good when they do come. I told someone that I would be writing to Angie's List about the work and he said he doubted anyone there had even heard of Angie's List. I do not want anyone fired over this. The subcontractors are out of Columbia and Charleston and I live in Florence. When I was in the store the other day I told them they have a bad system. With so very many people out of work, why can't they train a floor installation team locally. Florence is a large town. Sorry I waited to answer this, but as you see, I have no idea when the job will even be done.

Description of Work: I used Lowes to put a new door in. They took my old door out and put in a new weather door as well as a reinforced door in.
