Larry Mishoe Pressure Washing & Painting

CROOK CROOK CROOK. I paid him up front (I know, dumb) No clue what he was doing. Did not cement the fence posts in, siad it was not possible to line them up straight. I demanded my money back. I got 1000 of the 1500 back, but it got very ugly first.

WARNING!!! Larry Mishoe and his brother David Mishoe are crooks! They are dishonest, unskilled, con-artists, who are pushy and pray on trusting individuals, who are in need of help with home-improvement work. Larry is the talker who does most of the manipulating, while his brother and a couple of other guys who work with him all do the worst kind of work I've ever seen. They always stopped working after only a small amount of work was finished, and they always wanted and needed more money to pay for supplies, and Larry would always say, "Look here..." "I'm gonna need more money, I'm a little short and I need to go pick up these boards, nails, supplies, or whatever, that he didn't include in his original estimate..." Before I knew it I had a mess, and was in over my head. Nothing was right...the walls, the flooring, the electrical wiring they burried 2 inches under ground, (they didn't do anything to code or to specification), and they claimed to have the skills and abilities to do everything. They find "victims" by driving around looking for people to talk to, to see if they can find work. Their line is "You see that house over there, I did that work for him, or I did all that over there for those people..." They don't really know how to do any of the work they agreed to do for me. They put in outlets that weren't connected to the wall in any way, just hanging there loosly in the sheetrock. They put plumbing in the walls with zero insulation, put the water heater in the ceiling, didn't do the insulating anywhere they were supposed to. They put in extremely small windows rather than nice ones as I paid for, and they put doors in crookedly, flooring was a mess, glue all over the bathroom, dirty, and on and on and on. I would be more than happy to tell you more about these disgusting individuals, gladly. I had to go to work daily, so I wasn't there to watch what they did. They took full advantage of my absence and in the end, I had to have the entire building redone. I had a certified electrician come out to rerun the electrical wiring and bury the wires in conduit (they just laid the wires a couple of inches under my grass). I had pipes burst during the cold December / January freeze, and all of the walls, ceiling, and flooring were destroyed. Again, I had to have that work redone, but this time by someone trustworthy and who had excellent skills. My neighbor was recently approached by Larry Mishoe, but I had already warned him about my horrible experience with him. Larry walked into my neighbor's backyard, sat on one of his chairs, and started pushing. My neighbor had to tell him to get out of his yard and to not come back anymore. The Mishoe's should be in jail. I learned the hard way. Please do not fall for their lies. Let me know if you need more information. I would be more than willing to fill you in.

I would never recommend this company. They promise everything but deliver nothing but trouble. They are very unskilled at work but very good at BS talk. We gave them half the agreed price up front. What a mistake. We caught them several times taking short cuts and painting over rotten wood they had agreed to replace. They never were on the job on time. When someone would show up it was always someone different. After several times of complaining of no one working and very shabby work they all of a sudden left the job. We tried several phone calls but they would not respond. We had other contractors come out to pick up when they left off. They said they would have to undo the poor work and the cost would be a lot more. We lost money plus rework cost, with Larry and Davis Mishoe but consider it a blessing to find them out before they stuck us for more. If you need more information call me.
