Bad experience. Company would set up a date and time to come for a repair then not show up or call. On one repair visit they put down different colored boards. Found scratches and dents where only a drop cloth was used to protect the floor. Spots of glue residue were not removed and when brought to their attention, was given a bottle of floor care for me to get down and clean the spots up. Another flooring company had to come in and repair the problem.

I took carpet out and screwed down floor to save money as agreed too. First off they sent some of the wrong floor and wrong trim. They had to reorder because they didnt check the box before bringing to my house. Installation started off bad when I seen that they where using the cheapest posible matiral to put between my sub floor and new hardwood. They rushed through the job. Down my hall way they didn't put any kind of transition to go from the hardwood to the carpet at the doorways. It looked really bad, then at the end of the hall way is the bathroom and there is a 1/4inch transition that sticks up and you can trip on it if you are not paying attention. There was also two spots where the new hardwood was lose. I called them and said they needed to finish the hall way and fix the entrance to the bathroom. They said they do not put anything down between the hardwood and carpet but that they would add a t molding for us. When they came 2 weeks later the molding was a different color and they refused to fix the bathroom saying that is how it is supposed to be.
