Less than a year after we paid over 1300 dollars for a new server, it failed. We called them several times to come out and fix it because it was still under warranty. We couldn't even get a call back. Finally, I called and told them if I didn't get a call back today, that I would take my business else where. After not hearing from them again, I tried one more time and called last week, meanwhile our computer we use for business was inoperable. Robbie finally answered the phone and we told him the server he sold us was giving us problems and we needed him to come fix it since it was still under warranty. His reply was that we told him we didn't want to do business with him anymore so I can go somewhere else, and he wasn't going to honor the warranty because I said I would take my business somewhere else. I called another company to come out and fix the problem because I couldn't be down another week and not able to operate my business. When the other company came out they took a look at the server that was installed by Heritage and said that in fact it did fail, and not only did it fail but when they pulled it out to replace it, the manufacturer's date on the server was 2005! It was not a new server like I was told, the server was over 8 years old.
