The quick review of the outcome is this: Still have drainage problems with the water pooling at my garage side door and under my porch which I specified was the primary problem I wanted corrected. I trusted him to design the drainage as needed and pointed out my trouble spots under my porch and by the garage side door during the planning stage. There is no drain or piping serving the area at all. When questioned, he stated he felt like he had addressed the issue. Even normal sprinkler use causes water to pool there. He stated fixing would be additional charge. After a rain, a quick walk through the yard can show you where additional piping was needed by the squishy sound over the poorly draining areas and absent sound over the one long pipe through the center of the yard is located. Sump pump continued to short after installation. Prior to work he mentioned an electrician would do the installation but he did it himself. He did respond to by several requests to get it fixed properly but is still kept shorting after several attempts. He even came out in the rain to fix it but I finally had to call the electrician he used to mickey mouse a fix to come out and fix it properly. And had to pay him 285$. Granger didn't offer to pay for the electrical fix until I canceled my routine lawn service. By that time it was too late. One of the sprinklers doesn't rotate properly. I mentioned that via text but got no response. I noticed it after the grass dried up. I will have to fix that also. He was alway pleasant and cordial when interacting t but cordially always stated he felt like he had done what I asked. The bottom line is that it wasn't done right; there is still drainage problem. The problem is improved, My entire yard doesn't stay flooded for days. I don't feel like I should be the one planning and supervising the project. I expected to state my needs and he would formulate the solution and execute the plan. It didn't work out that way. As it stands, I will have finish it myself or get someone else to do when I have the time to address all of this.
