We are very pleased with Florence Fences & Iron Works. They came in and they gave me a quote right away. They actually build the fences, they are Iron Works themselves so they don't order from other people. They asked us what we wanted and drew it up. They said, give us a week to build it and we will be back and put it in. Which is exactly what they did.

They did exactly what they were asked to do, did it on time, and gave a fair price.

I was very displeased because it took them 6 weeks to basically finish the job. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Their service was poor. They were too involved in doing industrial work with a $10,000 contract instead of a $400 contract. They could care less about the regular person. Unless you are putting up $1,000 or more worth of fencing, they really don't treat you very well. They don't care about whether or not they get the job done. The cost of my job was $450 but I had to chase them down for 6 weeks. They said they ran out of parts which was bull because I could have gotten the parts at a home improvement store for nearly nothing which is what I did. I bought caps for the fence and the posts. I spent around $15 to finish the job. They didn't care because they had a larger contract. I don't recommend them because I had to finish the job myself and they caused a lot of aggravation. It was a poor job they did. They were only here about 1 1/2 hours in 2 days. I could have done the whole job myself for less. Their quality of service and customer service was non-existent. The price was outrageous for what they did. I wouldn't recommend them to put up a dog shed.
