 + -1 moreI called Fence It requesting an estimate for installing approximately 240 feet of 6 foot chain link fencing. The person who answered the call assured me some one would call me back and setup and appointment. After waiting a week for the call, I called again and request an estimate visit , Again I was told they would call me back and setup an appointment. I never received a call from them. I had received an estimate from two other fencing companies and had the work done. In all, I called Fence It twice requesting an estimate and they had 3 weeks to call and setup an appointment. Rated F for Responsiveness and Professionalism. If you tell a customer you will return the call, you need to follow up and do it!

 + -1 moreThey are a good company. They did a good job and we had no problems with them. They had some problems with their welding because it was windy that day. My husband wanted it done perfectly so they had to re-do some of their welding.
Description of Work: We used Fence It to re-do our fence at the shop a month ago. We put in a taller fence and we put in new gates because we were having problems with people breaking in.
