+ -1 moreHe answers promptly and arrived within a very reasonable amount of time. This is the second time we have used Elite for repair and both times he is polite, friendly and efficient. He found the problem in the main circuit board of the washer and gave me the option to replace.

+ 0 moreWe were extremely pleased with their work. With these new washers, I don't think they last as long as the older ones. I would highly recommend them. I would call them back in a heartbeat if I needed service.
